What Happened at Waco
Self | June 04, 2015 | jj_folderol

I was talking to someone whose information I trust. Some or all of this information has been published, but I don't particularly trust the media and it's spin, so I'm repeating what I was told below with some ancillary information.

According to my source:

What happened was that about 10 Banditos were surrounded in the parking lot by about 100 Cossacks and Scimitars (a Cossack afilliate club) and attacked. One of the Cossacks shot a Bandito, another shot was fired by a Cossack near the patio and then the police began firing on the crowd. If there was a 'shootout' it was between the cops and Cossacks, not the cops and Banditos.

Only two shots are confirmed by bikers and apparently both by Cossacks or Scimitars, with only one injury. All the rest of the firing was by the police and the deaths and all but one gunshot injury were the result of police shooting.

There was no giant 'biker brawl' as mentioned in one news story and there were no knife wounds, just gunshot wounds.

A news report early on said the restaruant was blood spattered. When the shooting started, a number of the 'biker gang scum' intentionally stood on the patio between the shooting in the parking lot and the innocent patrons on the patio, using their bodies as human shields while folks ran to shelter. Anyone shot there was shot from the parking lot by police.

A SWAT team was present because an informer had tipped them off that there would be trouble, so the SWATs were hiding and waiting for the Banditos to cause trouble when the problem was actually on the Cossack side.

The reason for the huge number of arrests of innocent bikers is that many were wearing Bandito patches. Not big member back patch 'colors', but small Bandito red and gold patches that indicate the wearer is well known by a Bandito, not a member but is an 'OK guy'. It's like a hall pass within dominant biker clubs.

The police claim of '300 weapons' is intentionally misleading as it implies 'illegal weapons'. Most of those arrested had no felony record and many had concealed carry permits. If the restaurant had neither a 51% or a 30.06 sign posted, then most of the firearms 'found' inside the building by the police were completely legal. Equally, it is legal to transport firearms in a vehicle without a permit provided the owner is not banned from owning firearms. It is also legal in Texas to carry a knife on the person with up to a 5-1/2" blade, either fixed or folding, with no limit on what can be transported in a vehicle. Apparently, the police also counted a pair of nail clippers as a weapon as an excuse to facilitate one arrest.

Many of those arrested are known by local police in their home towns as decent, law-abiding citizens and home-town police are covertly saying that this whole deal stinks to high heaven.

The Justice of the Peace who issued the warrants and set the bail exceeded his authority egregiously in what appears to be a blatant violation of both Texas law and Constitutional Eighth Amendment guarantees.

Court hearings are currently scheduled at 3 or 4 per week and it may be October before all those arrested have their day in court. A clear violation of Constitutional Sixth Amendment guarantees.

Local attorneys are covertly saying that virtually everything that Waco law enforcement has done to date is either directly illegal or rendered illegal by previous actions. They're also saying the silence by law enforcement (instead of bragging) is a clear indicator that there are major legal problems.

There is no public information that state or federal have become involved to straighten out the mess, but you can be assured that the state Attorney General's office is 'looking into it'.

================= I have just been sent a link to a 12 minute talk by a Las Vegas lawyer name of "Bowtie" Stubbs that's pretty close to what I've been told and confirms the overall situation:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DDg3WPyBwwE&feature=youtu.be&app=desktop

Also this morning:

http://news.yahoo.com/waco-police-seeking-to-bar-information-about-texas-biker-shooting-034142932.html

================= It will probably be a while until the videos are released and there's an accurate account of what happened, but I'm 99% confident in this information.

Lastly, don't trust my opinions. Do your own research.

So, the Justice of the Peace (as in Judge Roy Bean law west of the Pecos type) set bond at a million. There is no legal education requirement for a Texas JP job. It is purely an elected political position.

I won't, especially since you've spelled "Bandidos" incorrectly more than once.

It was a planned/engineered provocation promoted by the undercover cop at the behest of the Obama Regime’s DOJ/BATF in association with compliant local Waco police authorities IMHO.

Boy, it sure is a good thing ATF gave the Waco PD the heads up so they could be all dialed in on the right spot at the right time. And those heroic bikers that served as human shields! This story smells as bad as anything else.

How much do you and TexasGator get paid for this? Is it really lucrative work or does it just pay the bills?

I kind of like Judge Roy Bean types. Wish we had more of them. Ditto for vigilance committees.

Love my state of Texas!

And we should consider him a liar because...?

I don’t claim to know the truth of what happened in Waco — I think the whole thing reeks, on both sides of the badge — but his claims don’t seem farfetched to me.

Only two shots are confirmed by bikers and apparently both by Cossacks or Scimitars, with only one injury. All the rest of the firing was by the police and the deaths and all but one gunshot injury were the result of police shooting.

This would explain why the ballistic evidence has been completely suppressed.

There are legal and procedural reasons to keep this under wraps, but it will come out during the first actual trial. At that point, no one will accept a plea bargain and fight for a dismissal.

The question is: how many "take a deal", because they don't realize the evidence is in their favor?

Interesting. Sounds believable—and I take it your info comes from the “Bandito” side.

But really pathetic IMO that adults form such gangs—with idiocy such as the “hall pass” badges to begin with.

Did you actually read the piece? did you read the last line? Are you implying that when he says this is what he has heard that he is lying? that he made it all up in his own head?

For anyone that hasn't already seen the earlier reports, this account is consistent with what an attorney recounted from his client:

http://radiolegendary.com/2015/06/mystery-lady-lawyer-breaks-legal-logjam-in-bond-reduction-hassle/

[Attorney] Looney revealed that his clients, a couple named English, William and his Morgan, were arrested as they arrived late at the Twin Peaks meeting following their ride from Brenham. A disturbance broke out, and hearing gunfire, they took cover. They were looking forward to a day of fun with fellow motorcycle enthusiasts when they unwittingly ran afoul of the law, local police, deputies and federal officers hell bent on rounding up “thugs.”

English is a Marine veteran of two tours of duty in Iraq. A nine-year veteran worker at Valmont, he and 160 fellow employees were recently laid off. His severance pay has been terminated because he hasn’t been able to check in since his arrest, according to his attorney.

Looney recalled that English said, “I heard two pops that sounded like small caliber gunfire, “Following that, I heard several bursts of assault weapon shots. I recognized the sound because I carried one of those weapons for six years as a marine. That’s all the gunfire I heard. Then the police started screaming ‘Get down!’”

I look at the media as a giant spin machine for the establishment first, and for their political affiliates second. Lastly it is about providing accurate information that the public can use to form accurate opinions. Most is propaganda.

In case you haven’t noticed, the capability of reader comments to their “news” articles, which provide a voice to the public, are either being eliminated or forced through the Face Book privacy theft machine.
