Hillary’s cackle is a major tell when she’s lying. She will launch a big cackle just before delivering a ration of BS.
It worked for me but I was annoyed by the fact that the videos looped - hence, the warning.
There is word that before they used ‘water boarding’, they thought of looping her screeching laugh into the interrogation room but thought it would be too cruel.
The suicide rate would jump tremendously.

Exactly. It’s a cackle, not a laugh. It’s as phony as she is. Human beings laugh in a number of different ways, different tones, pitch, volume, etc. Sometimes a mere chuckle or a soft smile with a little ruffle of a laugh or sustained, joyus, loud laughter because of something being very amusing. It stops momentarily and then picks up again followed almost always with that little refrain of “Oh, Man!’’. In her she sounds like a robot.
Oh, please. Someone has to attach these laughs into those clips of Big Bang Theory without the laughter.
The way she behaves in public is very odd. From that bizarre waving at no one in the crowd, to that obnoxious wide open mouth grin that accompanies the wave to no one, to her always misplaced and way over done laughter, and her odd speaking tones and strained accents that seem to change with whatever crowd she is speaking to.
It’s like 100% of her public behaviors and mannerisms were installed in her by someone else, some consultant or adviser, which really makes me wonder how she actually is, but to be honest I don;t ever want to find out, because the lady is truly repugnant to me.

E Star, this was tried at various rendition camps in the attempt to get Al Qaeda terrorists to rat out their leaders. If the detainees could have been restrained from killing themselves “the Hillary technique” might have proven successful. As it was it was declared a war crime, and you should expect a visit from representatives of the Hague.
