It appears the public defenders office in McLennan County is involved in this scurrilous activity, said Paul Looney, a Houston attorney with Looney & Conrad, P.C. Ive never seen anything like the lawlessness that the authorities have perpetrated on these people and now to add insult to injury they are trying to cover their own tracks in exchange for bond.

“Waco needs an enema.”
Starting in the Justice Dept., BATF and the White Hut in Washington, DC. Whence this came.
“One Bandido was killed”
It may be so, but other reports are 8 Cassacks and 1 “un-affiliated”.
My take is, if there were no Bandito’s killed, there was probably no provoking shot by bikers. Possibly a gun drawn.
Guess we will soon see.
from the link in post 98:
>>>Looney recalled that English said, I heard two pops that sounded like small caliber gunfire, Following that, I heard several bursts of assault weapon shots. I recognized the sound because I carried one of those weapons for six years as a marine. Thats all the gunfire I heard. Then the police started screaming Get down!<<<
Does ‘burst’ imply full auto fire to anyone else but me?
‘Several shots’ would be semi-auto, but ‘bursts’?
Sounding a bit worse now....
>>>I’d expect tensions to rise when the bikers discover key expensive scooter components have gone missing while under the watchful eye of Waco Police Impound Officers. <<<
I’ll gurantee (based on past experience) that the cops are checking serial numbers on everything looking for hot parts.
Yes. But, they ain't talking. But, we have context clues. And some inferences from "the dogs that are not barking."
Nine dead and no murder or manslaughter charged. What is one to make of that?
“if there were no Banditos killed”
What about the wounded? All Bandidos and Cossacks is all I read.
Isn’t blackmail and extortion a felony?
Let’s go to the tape. You know how everything gets filmed on cell phones these days.
Wait. What? No tapes exist? Not a single one?
What are the odds of THAT?
“Records searched by The Associated Press show more than 115 of the 170 people arrested in the aftermath of a motorcycle gang shootout outside a Central Texas restaurant have not been convicted of a crime in Texas.”
http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/latest-waco-shooting-crime-records-dead-biker-31213850
Last I read, only two of the 9 killed had records. One was from a DUI years ago. Another was 45 days in jail for possession of a weapon in a bar, again years ago.
Bingo.
Who’s muh lawyer? Looney.
spelled just like Justice these days.
“Either your brains or your signature are gonna be on that contract.”
That was true before cameras.
Fortunately the restaurant owner has video.
Well that is incorrect.
The Vietnam Vet Purple heart recipient Biker was Non-affiliated. He is dead.
So. It appears that all deaths were Cossacks & 1 non-affiliated.
Which to me supports the theory of outed undercover agent threatened by Cossacks was only provocation.
Will Waco PD do an honest evaluation of the forensics? With BATF looking over their shoulder, without outside supervision?
Lots of questions.
I have not believed the Waco PD storyline on this from the beginning. They knew from the beginning that this was a trainwreck. That is why the mass arrest and huge bails, to buy time to conjure a response. Time is up.
“No tapes exist?”
There were people across the street at Don Carlos who made a video (on conservativetreehouse). Surely there were other passers-by who made cell phone videos, who were not arrested and whose phones were not confiscated. Usually bystanders are only too happy to be the first to post things like that. I would think the cops were too busy at the time to get control of that independent evidence, as well as what they personally saw and heard. Why there are not more newspaper reports or interviews, I do not know. People talk to each other even if not to reporters. There has to be information bubbling around Waco but I do not know what it is.
This logic does not compute.
“all deaths were Cossacks & 1 non-affiliated”.
There were also 18 wounded taken to the hospital.
Most had gun shots, some also had stab wounds is all I have been able to find out, although they were all 18 said to be Bandidos or Cossacks.
Find out if the judge (or those close to him) are part-owners of the commercial prison facility. Follow the money!
If the respective motorcycle clubs have not trademarked their colors (back patches and other logos) they should.
Then they would be able to bring suit for trademark infringement upon any unauthorized use of those designs, including LEOs who might use them to incite trouble between various organizations.
Try only a third of the people arrested had a criminal record.
This was not a gathering of gangs discussing territory.
This was a gathering of motorcyclists at a public restaurant which some gangs participated in.
A stupid venue for a paramilitary police raid.
