It appears the public defenders office in McLennan County is involved in this scurrilous activity, said Paul Looney, a Houston attorney with Looney & Conrad, P.C. Ive never seen anything like the lawlessness that the authorities have perpetrated on these people and now to add insult to injury they are trying to cover their own tracks in exchange for bond.

I’m smooching you right back. :)
Speaking of Jade Helm....
Remember the “live anthrax” supposedly sent all over the place “by accident last week?
JULY 2015 HEADLINE:
Right-wing extremist Soldier absconds with live anthrax mistakenly sent to Army base lab! Anthrax thief has ties to violent criminal biker gang! Imminent WMD attack feared!
(Did the anthrax thing really happen, or are we being fed a plot element of Jade Helm 15?)
Clearly illegal. It’s the definition of extortion.
The best by far coverage of the case has been here on the Conservative Treehouse, including photos, legal filings, etc. At the end of each article, the other Waco Massacre articles are linked. You can’t get up to speed on it anywhere else as well as here.

Or change their names to Lon Horuchi.
Thank you for those links.
Must have something to do with the water in the Brazos.
There aren’t any lefty causes to promote in this. Plus legal details make newsies’ heads hurt.
Why are many of the cops all fat bastards with their bellies hanging over their belts. Their silly crew cut haircuts make them look like circus acts. Do they ever have to pass a PT test? Or do their bullets and cars go fast enough to catch most criminals.
I am not fan of outlaw biker gangs. But this just seems ridiculous.
Does anybody have the real story on this? I have never been able to make heads or tails out of it.
My guess is that for many of them this is not their first tour in the county jail. I would also guess a fair number of them are going to be told by their lawyers to suck it up and get their day in court.
I don’t think there is a lot of trouble for these guys in the jail.
Noted.
No I am one person.
This explanation pops up first, I have no affiliation with the organization:

Some guys who own a vintage bike shop in Austin also arrived late and were arrested. Three guys (the lower bond guys who had to turn themselves back in) were arrested across town who weren't at Twin Peaks were arrested and lumped in with the Twin Peaks case. At least one of them has been put on suspension at work and no telling how many others have lost their jobs and soon their homes because of this.
No.
It makes the police sound like sh!t for brains idiots, because they staged this event in a public place where the vast majority of people were motorcyclists and restaurant customers who had nothing to do with crime of any sort.
The people empathizing with the police sound pretty Gung How about firing on crowds of citizens too.
Not following this closely, so can’t speak to it, but as a general rule of thumb instead of worrying about your bond being reduced, here’s an idea, don’t get involved in a biker gang in the first place.
Lay with dogs, wake up with fleas.
I rode for years, never a 1% but knew who they were and made damn sure that I wasn’t in the same locale as they were EVER. For the record, I don’t hang out where gangbangers congregate either.
Entrapment is illegal.
When they show that the cop provoked the fight, and that the other cops were set up, outside with scopes on the target, they will lose the battle.
As I have said in previous posts, I am not in favor of biker gangs. Especially outlaw gangs. But, as a life long MC rider I can tell you that if you are not bothering these guys, they leave “civilians” alone. Shooting up a parking lot in a suburban area is not their MO. It is very rare that their stuff flows into the arena of public view.
I agree.
And what Law was LE enforcing that day?
Did someone not pay their bill?
I actually believe that signing a no suit clause is a condition of a lot of releases. I cannot put my finger on a source, but I have heard this sometime in the past.
