Rand Pauls presidential campaign wants to portray his fight to block any Patriot Act extension as a faceoff against President Barack Obama. But the Kentucky senator is waging an increasingly lonely battle.
Some of his usual tea party allies are abandoning him. House Republican leaders are not pleased with his antics. And then theres Pauls feud with the senior senator from Kentucky and the most prominent Republican to endorse his presidential campaign, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
Put it this way there arent many times that Obama, Sens. Ted Cruz and Mike Lee, Speaker John A. Boehner, House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid all agree on something.
But this weekend, at least, they are singing off the same song sheet: Rand Paul is wrong.

I’m not lying. Call his office if you don’t believe me. He does not even hide it. I’m sorry you did not understand this.
Here are some links. You can read the first thread from last week. The second is Cruz all for the the Trans Partner Authority which goes with the Trans Pacific Partnership.

This describes how they go togetther TPA and TPP. Neverhtless, Cruz will not hide he is for it. This is even though it’s being HIDDEN from the public.
Here is Boehner praising it. Keep in mind Obama was all for it, which Limbaugh is 100% against, and Cruz voted for it.

The TPA is NOT the TPP. Ted Cruz, in no way, has ever voted for the TPP. None of your links says otherwise, and, in fact, they agree with only my words.
The TPP is expected to be one of the bills that goes through the Congress using the TPA approach, but no one can say, “Ted Cruz voted for the TPP.”
You are categorically wrong on this, at this point in time.
Paul has vowed to do exactly this.
As when Clinton's Assault Weapons Ban sun-setted in '04, If the Patriot Act expires, it will have to be passed again as a new law, something that will be far more difficult in today's political climate.
Excellent. Thank you for ^^this^^!
If that is the case, then he needs to finish it.
He can use that excuse, but I don’t think that pig going to fly.
The Leftist in the media are going to savage walker for it.
The majority of the new immigrants will vote for the Democrats. That’s really not debated.
The Unions will clearly vote against Walker.
I can bet you will here the media will interview college graduates that something like, “I have a degree, and I don’t want a President that does not have one” or they will say, “How can take one of the toughest jobs but quit college.”
Trust me the Democrats hope Walker is the nomination.
Why? What part of the alternative will not work? I sincerely ask this because I am curious and no article I have seen yet explains why Paul thinks the restoration of freedom act won’t do the job its supporters claim it will.
You may be technically correct that Cruz has never voted for TPP. He voted yes on TPA. But he has been very upfront in his support of TPP, even going so far as co-writing an op ed in the WSJ this spring, singing it’s praises.
So yes, you are technically correct. But Cruz clearly supports it.
They go together. See the third link. It explains it.
Still don’t believe me . Call Ted Cruz’s campaign office.
They will tell you he is for it.
Cruz does not deny it. This is crazy you are arguing this. Cruz will tell you he is for it.
His office would tell me Cruz has not voted for the TPP.
You are lying. The TPP is a completely separate agreement and it hasn't been voted on, and Cruz has definitely not voted on it, at this time.
You said Ted Cruz voted for the TPP. You lied.
You lied and continue to maintain the lie.
They don’t “go together.” The TPP DID NOT PASS with the TPA!
Your comment is legitimate and true.
Enlightened1’s is not.
Donald Trump: The real estate magnate, who says he is seriously mulling the race, told The Daily Signal that he supports the court ruling. With an eye for proper oversight, Trump said, Obama and top congressional Republicans should work together to make a program which the public can support. Trump added:
I support legislation which allows the NSA to hold the bulk metadata. For oversight, I propose that a court, which is available any time on any day, is created to issue individual rulings on when this metadata can be accessed.

Cruz is the best but I’m with rand Paul on this issue.
From the International Business times,
TPP Agreement: Where Do 2016 Presidential Candidates Stand On The Trans-Pacific Partnership?
I do not support their holding anything for which they did not get personal permission or court warrant. We don’t budge on the 2nd amendment, so why should we avoid some risk to maintain the 4th.
Walker name recognition in Iowa. that is the only plus Walker has for Walker. Iowa does not mean all of America. Straw polls mean very little too. In Iowa the nearby state Wisconsin, Governor comes in and the straw poll indicates he is a leader. Iowa, Wisconsin and Minnesota are having troubles with the bird flu that is decimtating the egg suppliers, chicken and turkey suppliers. cost of eggs, chicken and turkey on the increase!
Mitch McConnell looks so bad. He and Cornyn have funded omamacare 4 times and illegal alien amnesty !! You can’t make these rinos up.
Nonsense. The media will savage Walker because he’s a conservative & a Republican. The college degree is trivial. Walker has proved himself where it counts. And as I said before, it’s a trivial issue with the vast majority of Americans & EASILY EXPLAINED to those who will listen. To those who won’t listen, they wouldn’t vote for him anyway.
Every link you post confirms that the TPP HAS NOT PASSED!
Stop your attempts to justify your lies!!
