The TPA is NOT the TPP. Ted Cruz, in no way, has ever voted for the TPP. None of your links says otherwise, and, in fact, they agree with only my words.

The TPP is expected to be one of the bills that goes through the Congress using the TPA approach, but no one can say, “Ted Cruz voted for the TPP.”

You are categorically wrong on this, at this point in time.

His office would tell me Cruz has not voted for the TPP.

You are lying. The TPP is a completely separate agreement and it hasn't been voted on, and Cruz has definitely not voted on it, at this time.
