On today's Morning Joe, when Joe Scarborough raised the matter of Bernie Sanders having written that women fantasize about being raped, Mika Brzezinski repeatedly tried to shut him down and turn the page.

I think that’s a great idea, however it would take beaucoup money and, if our side even prevailed after the several years or decades it would take to adjudicate such a case, I wonder if it would really change anything. Better to simply boycott, ridicule and humiliate them. It’s a lot cheaper and it sure makes me feel better!

Just putting it out there may result in some corrective action. The major problem is getting a court to entertain the idea without throwing it out.

Again, I completely agree...but, just to play devil's advocate, they would say that diversity of political ideas does not constitute a protected class...I know, and you know, it's bs, but there it is.

Women perhaps don't fantasize about being raped by some homeless guy in an alley, but they DO fantasize about being dominated and possessed by some high-status man.

Look at the sales of the "Fifty Shades of Grey" series. Read some of the "romance" novels -- the male lead is much more likely some pirate captain or barbarian chieftain who has his way with the woman, rather than an accountant.
