Bill and Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation have been hit with a racketeering lawsuit in Florida court.
The lawsuit, filed by Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch, includes a legal request to have the Florida judge seize the private server on which Hillary Clinton and her aides hosted their emails while she served as secretary of state.
Klayman has filed dozens of lawsuits against the Clintons and other prominent politicians.
The racketeering, influenced and corrupt organizations, or RICO, case alleges the former first couple and their family philanthropy traded political favors for donations or generous speaking fees for Bill Clinton while his wife was the nation's chief diplomat.
"Negotiations by email about influencing U.S. foreign policy or U.S. Government actions to benefit donors to ... The Clinton Foundation or sponsors of speaking engagements would not be captured on a U.S. Government email account because her emails would not be with a U.S. Government official," Klayman said in court documents obtained by the Washington Examiner.
"Hillary Clinton deleted 32,000 email messages from her email server that included her communications arranging, negotiating, and agreeing upon speaking engagements by Bill Clinton in return for large speaking fees and donations to The Clinton Foundation," the documents, dated May 20, said
Maybe Judicial Watch will follow suit. They’ve been at the forefront of exposing much of 0bie/Clintoon’s/DC’s shenanigans.
Bitherizing the situation?...........
Good for Klayman...
The DOJ is busy attempting to find one white person in Baltimore, Detroit or Chicago who used the ‘N’ word - and by doing so - caused all the violence and looting and madness in ‘black communities’ around the country.
What gives Klayman/Judicial Watch standing to sue? Unless they have donated money to the Clinton Foundation, I fail to see how they have suffered harm distinct from the harm suffered by the public at large.
WHO exactly will enforce any decisions against the CLintoon's?.. The Justice Department?... the IRS?.. the FBI?..Bill and Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation have been hit with a racketeering lawsuit in Florida court. The lawsuit, filed by Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch
Anyone can file a civil suit, and if you read the lede you know that it is Larry Klayman who has filed this one.
your point?..
How many lawsuits have you filed against corrupt politicians?
Being respectful...just curious.
Please don’t misunderstand. I’m all for the lawsuit, and Klayman is good to have filed it. But he’s been the subject of a lot of disrespect in the media, and will be again no matter how right he is.
Oh, you mean those critters who bend over backwards for Obama to show us they can govern? Yeah, they’ll get right on this -
I believe that Klayman was the original leader of Judicial Watch but was pushed out of his leadership role of that organization and then founded Freedom Watch. I think Judicial Watch has been more effective under its post-Klayman leadership.

AWESOME!
The lawsuit, filed by Larry Klayman...
Eh, never mind.
Clinton Foundation hit with racketeering lawsuit
Check out article, ... and depressing comments.
.
Trump donated. It seems to me HE would have standing in court. That he ciukd if anyone prove damage
In a perfect world the Clintons would be in prison. (sigh)
He’s doing the job Congress refuses to do.
“Better not drive or ride in any cars, trains or airplanes, Mr. Klayman..............or go to any parks.............”
Especially, don’t put any pot holders in the glove compartment of your car. . . .
Yeah, it would be nice if someone without a dubious reputation was doing this, but I am happy that he continues to be a thorn in their side. He may hit pay dirt. At the very least, he keeps the Clintons and their cronies a little off balance and forces them to address the issues. The more they have to react to this, the greater the likelihood they will accidentally reveal what they are trying to keep hidden.
