The newly released financial files on Bill and Hillary Rodham Clinton's growing fortune omit a company with no apparent employees or assets that the former president has legally used to provide consulting and other services, but which demonstrates the complexity of the family's finances.
Because the company, WJC, LLC, has no financial assets, Hillary Clinton's campaign was not obligated to report its existence in her recent financial disclosure report, officials with Bill Clinton's private office and the Clinton campaign said.

Since the company's accounts are typically empty after each transfer, Hillary didn't have to disclose its existence

They were responding to questions by The Associated Press, which reviewed corporate documents.
The officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to provide private details of the former president's finances on the record, said the entity was a 'pass-through' company designed to channel payments to the former president.

Exactly my thoughts each time a picture like this is shown. They are really proud of themselves for putting another one over on us. We will all celebrate when their empire comes tumbling down, which in a righteous world will be happening soon!
I don’t believe for a minute either of them is/are smart enough to organize the convoluted schemes that they’re operating under but I’d sure like to know who has put it all together.

According to the campaign, the AP story proves [he] was looking “to avoid disclosure” of the “mysterious corporation.”
“In fact, he left this entity off of seven different personal financial disclosure statements he was required to file under state and federal law since 2001. “We already know about [his] $3 million Swiss bank account and millions of dollars of investments in foreign tax havens like the Cayman Islands.
Bermuda does not tax corporate income or capital gains. Until [he] releases additional years of tax returns, the American people will never know whether he created this shell corporation to intentionally avoid paying U.S. taxes. What is [he] trying to hide?”

The above is from July 2012, as reported by AP, The Hill, and other MSM sources. The portions [he] and [his] were edited by me to remove the person named in the story. It sound similar to what’s being reported in this latest Clinton discovery, but it was about Romney. Will it see the same coverage here instead of being disclosed by the British press? Don’t hold your breath.
