Judicial watch needs to demand the identification and addresses of all those illegals Obama has let in to the country illegally (they had to sign up right?) so their deportation can be fast-tracked.

It wasn't immediately clear if the government would appeal, either to the full appeals court in New Orleans or to the U.S. Supreme Court
Yes the dingbats are trying to figure out what's the fastest way to a corrupt judge.
Appealing En banc to the 5th circuit would likely have same results, and Scalia would deny it too before they could appeal it to another SCOTUS libjudge...a Moonbat.
Keep the clock running on Obama. ;-)

After reading the dissent, I am left with a WTF look. I saw nothing in his dissent that made any sense. Claimed the suit was political not an legal issue. DOH, letting Millions violate the law and then be given tax payer bennies for doing so is NOT an legal issue. Me thinks someone didn't want to make Obie mad.

Do you have a link to the dissent? And gosh, 3/4 of what the appeals courts deal with are political in nature. Never seems to stop them from making bad rulings on the cases. Was there a single homosexual shacking up case that wasn’t a political question and not one of the law?
