Instead of getting Ted Cruz supporter Bob Vander Plaats' "wisdom," listen to yesterday's wide ranging and revealing Scott Walker interview:
The Dana Show 29:00
To: Cincinatus' Wife
Your
PRO-AMNESTY Candidate, Scott Walker, is PROVED to be TALKING OUT OF BOTHS SIDES OF THE ISSUE (
you CAN NOT TRUST him ! ).
Watch the videos and READ the article from
HOT AIR, most certainly not on your list of band-sources.
... Two points. One: He says hes not for amnesty, his citizenship stance notwithstanding, but thats not a new soundbite for Walker.
Amnesty means many things to many people;to the Gang of Eight, for instance, the fact that illegals would be forced to meet certain requirements (paying back taxes, etc) before qualifying for citizenship meant that their plan wasnt amnesty.
Walkers been insisting for more than a year that he doesnt support amnesty eithereven though he does support citizenship and liberalizing the rules for legal immigration.
Two: Hes quick to tell Raddatz that hell lay out his own immigration plan eventually if he becomes a candidate, which is his way of saying dont ask me anything too specific right now.
Listening to him here, you would think he didnt have firm opinions on immigrationyet beyond some basic principles like secure the border.
But thats not so.
Watch him field a question on immigration from 2013 in the second clip below and note what he says about border security at around 1:30.
For Walker, securing the border is less a matter of building a fence or hiring 10,000 new Border Patrol agents than it is about RELAXING THE RULES for legal admission to the U.S.
His view seems to bethat if you want to come here to work, IT SHOULD BE VERY EASY FOR YOU TO DO SO easy enough that you wouldnt even think of crossing the border illegally, as the legal route would be just as simple.

Scott Walker Non-Committal on Immigration ( 0:53 ) by National ReviewLet's keep LOSER Walker in his home state.
We don't need any more SELLOUTS in Washington D.C., and especially in the Oval Office!
Now here's a source you might like.

NY Magazine questions whether Scott Walker has put the “brakes” on his campaign to keep from peaking too early.

The notion that anyone would put forward that Scott Walker is afraid of anything (given what he’s been through) strikes me as alternative universeism. And, to somehow compare him to Obama, is plain moonbatism.

Which is what Hillary is doing. No need to overexpose with 18 months to go.

It seems like common sense to minimize contact with a hostile press.
This is the Internet Age. He can get out his message while bypassing the press.

That's ok. It's good to see that Walker has his supporters.
I, of course, have an agenda, and I'll keep sending volunteer effort and real cash to the Cruz campaign. I am working hard, with others, to make sure Cruz is the last man standing.

Sounds like Walker is “playing it safe”, like Hillary is also doing. Can’t blame him after his Amnesty run-in.

His early campaign season mission is accomplished.
He is now a known factor and people talk about him even when there was no current appearance.
Those that like him continue to point to his strong points and those that fear him continue to make stuff up.

If we can't unite because two great candidates (yes both are great), the GOPe will nominate Jeb and we will lose. Stop this BSing. Last I knew, Jesus isn't running, and I think people would be divided on him as a candidate. All humans are flawed, Jesus was crucified for not being imperfect.

Sure, he's still touring the country, introducing himself to voters, telling them how unafraid he was to stand up to the unions and liberal protesters he battled in Wisconsin, but he's also ducking out of uncontrolled situations, skipping questions from the press, and spending more time on small or private events, usually packed with friendly crowds. Interesting that Hitlery is doing the exact same thing, yet the NY Slimes only complains about Walker.
