A website widely read by bikers called “The Aging Rebel” has published an alternative account of what happened during Sunday’s bloody shootout in Waco, Texas. I have no problem owning them.....and I’ll say it again...

I have no problem if it was or was not an ambush....I don’t care how they broke up this war...it was a public place and no different then if a mafia gang planned a rumble on the streets the police knew possible was coming down....the cops are paid to protect the public from these a-holes. They were there to fight one another and the police took out whoever, however, I honestly don’t care how they did it...

No, you are either willfully obtuse or are okay with cops shooting someone just because they may be doing something wrong.

As far as you’re concerned, guilty until proven innocent and if an undesirable is shot in the process, oh well.

You are a fool if you cannot think beyond “evil biker gang” got what they deserved.

"...that event was essentially a police ambush."

Sounds about right. Looking at the pictures, I didn't get the least impression that these bikers were hard core gangsters, and I've been around enough to tell the difference between criminals and bikers.

No you're not right about me.

And now adding to your previous rant you're talking about blacks....We're talking about Criminal Biker gangs and and Cops who break up their stupid childish ridiculous wars on who's going to be the top dog the next morning....just like kids on a playground.

These bikers were not there for tea and cookies....everybody knows when the call goes out they have to show up from within a certain radius of an event such as this one called for.

The story is out there in all it's versions but it still ends up the same as it always does when these gangs are a t war....to have it at a public restaurant, at a mall no less...I could care less how the police handled these overgrown kids with knifes in their pockets, guns in their pants and all other sorts of weapons..

....”Your posts say all I need to know about you”....

If you mean do I support cops who broke up this gang war in a public arena....yes then your right ....do I support those who shot some of the bikers......yes of course I do. Do I care how they went about it...no..not really...

They were ALL there knowing this would come down to how it played out. No surprise as it simply follows suit whenever these criminal groups go at it.

"But to shoot the bikers as they attempt to run for their lives makes them worse than the bikers."

Which appears to be the case in at least three of the fatalities where each biker was shot while on,or attempting to mount their respective ride. There is a clear photo that shows the position of three riders on the ground next to an overturned bike. It's kind of hard to shoot and ride a bike at the same time.

I know how the cut system works
Been around them all my life

Well good, am glad that arrangement works for you. But that's Tennessee, not here.

Got an Outlaw MC in my employ as I type you

Just keep in mind where such a person's loyalties ultimately lie. If there was something about his employment that would serve the purposes of the gang, he will do it, particularly if the chains of a "cartel" weighed heavily upon his shoulders, he would do it or else, and F what you want.

Like Bandidos in Tejas

No, NO ONE is like the Bandidos. Perhaps what passes for a 1% organization in Tennessee is impressive to you, but doesn't mean beans down here.

Top notch and loyal
You fail to mention to whom, exactly

I’m calling him and his buddies if I feel threatened

Again, keep in mind where such a person's loyalties ultimately lie. If your agenda suddenly becomes theirs, it no longer matters what you want. You're baggage.

"But you know what is cool? Now hypothetically, any citizen of central Texas can shoot lone or duo banditos anytime they are out alone on a road."

"When their carcasses are found shot in a ditch, the cops will just assume its part of the gang war. Communities could clean themselves if they feel the need,,,"

And the same can be said of any wayward sub-human denizen who has managed to escape Baltimore for Texas?

You are one sick puppy.

Thanks. That information had not been out earlier.

The question remains, though, of who shot who.

When the police justifiably use lethal force, that is one thing.

I will admit I am seriously distressed at the sudden presumption that they did so. From what I have read, they arrived ginned up for a shoot-out. Whether, if and how much of the force was justified, hopefully investigation will disclose.

It makes me sick that you are so ready to lap up the "official version" of what looks to me like a massive police over-reaction, likely the result of "sympathetic firing."

BUMP.

Well, thanks for the warning. I think I will stay out of Texas in case I don't meet the dress code, even though I have never been a member of a 1% club. After a couple of shots of liquid courage, someone might not be able to read the patch on my back so well, but WTF? They're all the same, right?

So, you would advocate Texas as the Lone Star Chamber State?

Who decides what is enough justification to Execute someone for driving down the road?

Who is next?

Who gets to play "Judge Dredd"?

And do we as a culture really want to go all Mad Max?

Declare open season on some people and they will fight back.

You can't just say the Constitution only applies to some but not to others. Before long, you'll be burning church groups in their homes.

You are goofy if you think that a full murder investigation would not take place for the murder of a biker, the feds may even be brought in, it is a murder for which the law would be highly motivated to want to catch the killer.

Your idea doesn’t make any sense. it’s sick, but it also makes no sense.

I’d read this before Smokin Joe...thanks for posting it....I also had heard that “dues” are not uncommon between gang members...it’s a territorial thing.

Tensions between the Cossacks and the Bandidos have been simmering for months, according to reports from the FBI and Texas Department of Public Safety..... A May 1 DPS bulletin suggested that the tension could stem from the Cossacks refusing to pay dues to the Bandidos, who are considered the dominant motorcycle club in Texas.

Perhaps they instigated this.

You don't know, and neither do I.

Enough with the "guilty until proven innocent" stuff, BTW. It serves a free Republic ill to take the habits of Tyranny.

The real issue should be the massive over-charging, and million dollar bonds for EVERYONE. It sounds as if they are trying to get the bikers to turn evidence against each other.

Just wait for the big motorcycle auction...

Someone mentioned that it might not be healthy to purchase one of the motorcycles stolen by the police.

I'd be inclined to agree, in this Age of Information. There's a website where you can find owners of vehicles, and it's not a pay website.

If the motoboyz are willing to spring for a pay website, I'm sure they could get all sorts of dangerous info.

The authoritays aren't even being circumspect about running up the Jolly Roger on this one.

Wonder if the Tea Party or the conservatives are next on the "seizure" list?

Lastly, if the authoritays are pulling some cr#p on this, I'm wondering if there will be retribution from the involved parties.

I've always maintained that the reason the authorities don't go after the hard-core criminals is because it's dangerous, it doesn't help the bottom line like robbing the middle-class peasants, and that having the thug element out there scares the middle-class peasants into supporting the Police State (kind of like having the criminal element run the gulags, like in the old Soviet Union.)
