Neither of these two Rival gangs needed anyone to instigate what has been an ongoing war for months beforehand....the call went out...they arrived as their oaths demand....violence followed which was anticipated...and par for the course with these gangs.

They were in a very public place....not just a Restaurant...but at a Mall site...."other" peoples lives were well within danger as these gangs came together.
