U.S. intelligence agencies have harvested the personal and private data of hundreds of federal officials and judges, including Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg, charges a legal brief filed by Larry Klayman, the attorney who has come to be known as the NSA slayer for his successful legal battles against the National Security Agency.
In December 2013, U.S. District Judge Richard Leon ruled the NSA program likely is unconstitutional and ordered the government to stop collecting data on the two plaintiffs. He stayed his injunction pending appeal
Wednesday, Klayman filed a reply in support of motion to lift that stay, arguing that in the 16 months since it was imposed, the federal government has continued its unconstitutional practices and violated the rights of hundreds of millions of Americans.

The same Larry Klayman who sued his mother? The same Larry Klayman who got booted from Judicial Watch?
Do you think the Obama machine would stop at anything to get her out, if she refuses to step down on their schedule?
The same Larry Klayman who is the poster child for World But Daily. He and Oily Taitz ought to form a law firm.
For later.
>> Larry Klayman . . . and Oily Taitz ought to form a law firm <<
Sounds like fun!
I wonder who would be first to sue the other?
