The Christian share of adults in the United States has declined sharply since 2007, affecting nearly all major Christian traditions and denominations, and crossing age, race and region, according to an extensive survey by the Pew Research Center.

Seventy-one percent of American adults were Christian in 2014, the lowest estimate from any sizable survey to date, and a decline of 5 million adults and 8 percentage points since a similar Pew survey in 2007.

Any factors in play here, not of least would be federal court's attack on traditional marriage and a myriad of government policies, such as banning Christianity in schools, that have made it difficult for Americans to be practicing Christians.

Keep in mind that they are including a lot of Satan-worshipers and witches in this "Christian" number: Episcopalians, United Methodists, PCUSA, United Church of Christ, and liberal Lutherans.

And into that vacuum of either fallen-away Christians, or of no particular religion ever having been adopted, the Islamic Worldwide Caliphate sees opportunity...

To take advantage of that opportunity, large numbers of practicing Muslims are now being actively imported into the territory once known as “the United States of America”, and imams are VERY active in recruiting new converts to the Islamic faith through what are called “prison ministries”.

Thus we are seeing a growing number of converts to Islam that are in fact native-born citizens, some of whom can trace that citizenship back through a number of generations.

..... Nothing really to be concerned about here .... it's really just the predictable symptom of the culmination of one of the many necessities of the Left's exciting "Big Plan for the Communizing of America." The end result of the atheistic nature of Communism.

.... Expect more of these such things as the Republicans and Democrats work tirelessly together in unity as a cohesive team to build this new Red Shining House on a Hill.

I don’t think more people are opting out of Church; I believe more people are leaning on GOD very heavily; but they just don’t want to be targeted.

Are these the same pollsters that said Netanyahu would lose Israel or the conservatives would lose the British elections? Are they the same polsters that said the republicans wouldn't see a senate takeover in our last midterms?

These guys aren't taking polls or surveys, they are social engineers telling us what they want us to be thinking.

I have no fears that Christianity is less important in this country. I just fear that low information people believe the propaganda.

A person who is serious about the precepts of Christianity would be a near-total social outcast in the USA or Canada. Hence the need to verbally say one is Christian but actually support all the causes that everyone else has to support to keep their jobs.

As long as someone is a Christian in name only, this pagan society can tolerate them. Though even that is coming to a close.
