Obama Caught Violating Judge Hanen’s Injunction…Claims It Was Accidental
Red Statements ^ | 5/8/2015 | Steven Ahle

The Obama administration violated the injunction imposed on Obamnesty by Federal Judge Andrew Hanen. The lawyers handling the case for Obama were told on Wednesday that Jeh Johnson and the Department of Homeland Security had given out thousands of Social Security numbers and work permits in direct violation of the injunction. Judge Hanen is already considering harsher sanctions against the Obama administration for passing out SS numbers and work permits to over 100,000 illegal aliens after telling the judge they weren’t doing that very thing.

The new charges are far worse. Whereas their first violations was part of a program already set before the injunction, the new program was started two months after the injunction was put in place. This latest violation comes after several administration officials had assured Judge Hanen that no more illegals were granted the three year work permits. Among those officials included Jeh Johnson. The DHS has refused to comment as well as the Department of Injustice. The DHS did say that Johnson asked the Inspector General to investigate and find out what went wrong. My guess is it started with the election of Barack Obama.

Sen Charles E Grassley described the actions of the Obama administration as “remarkable.” :

“The last time I checked, injunctions are not mere suggestions. They are not optional. This disregard for the court’s action is unacceptable and disturbing, especially after Secretary Johnson’s assurances that his agency would honor the injunction.”

The lawyers representing Obama says that the applications for the three year permits were issued by the DHS after the injunction was placed on the illegal amnesty program. The DHS says they plan to revoke the three year permits and replace them with the two year permits issued before the injunction was issued. The twenty six states sued Obama over the new program, giving Obama a loophole to approve applications received before the injunction date.

Judge Hanen has not been very pleased with the way Obama has deceived him and chances are he will be furious over this latest infraction, especially after administration lawyers assured him that Obama could be trusted.

TREASON - continuous, in-your-face, agenda-driven, agency-abetted, representative-enabled, media-complicit, ongoing...

Andrew Jackson -- "John Marshall has made his decision; let him enforce it."
Joseph Stalin -- "The Pope is upset? How many divisions does he have?"

This is what tyranny looks like -- you do what you want to do and you keep doing it until someone FORCES you to stop. And judges can't force anyone to do anything -- the executive branch is where the muscle is.

Obama is a bully. You don’t talk a bully into stopping. You use force. Until Congress and the Courts figure that out, Obama will do anything he wants.

The DHS says they plan to revoke the three year permits and replace them with the two year permits issued before the injunction was issued.

So making an addition action against Judge Hanen's ruling...

So let me get this straight....

If I am caught stealing a Mercedes....

I can return it without penalty

...and re-steal a Toyota.

Relax Judge Andrew Hanen, the fix is on. Nothing you can do. We are living under a closet dictatorship that has decided to come out of that closet. America is finished and within the next year or so we will our first declared dictator, King Obama.

“How about treasonous, Chuck, and how about getting off your ass and doing something.....anything!”

The Republicans have the ability to impeach Obama in the House. Without Dem support they cannot convict and remove him from office even if McCain, Graham, Hatch, Murkowski, Collins, Hatch, Alexander, Corker and the other squishy Republicans voted to convict (which they won’t).

The elected representatives of the people have chosen not to defend liberty. As a result, the state will continue to become more oppressive.

And it seems like administration after administration can ride roughshod over your system of checks and balances.

Has the legislative branch any power at all?

When good men (and I am using that term very loosely indeed) fail to act evil prevails.

The legislative branch has a lot of power — the power of the purse and the power of impeachment for starters. But the Republicans seem focused on advancing Obama’s agenda, so I don't expect the legislative branch to help us.

Exactly. Hussein knows that no one in government is going to actually use force to stop him, so he won’t stop. Ghetto morality.

Isn’t that the truth. I don’t ever want to be in a position to find out for myself, but I wonder what would happen if I told a judge/IRS agent/government jackboot that “I made a mistake” after I violated or failed to comply with an explicit law or injunction, especially one which was made to me, personally.

There is NOTHING that Hussein or his minions do that is accidental. It is carefully planned to bring our country to its knees.

Accidental? Like Hasan.

Like Obama’s missing SS#?

Like the 911 Attack on the Pentagon and WTC?

Like the attack in Texas last week?

Like the Boston Atrocity?

Yes, all “accidental”
(euphemism for Islamic terror scheme).
