Prosecutors accused the woman of soliciting money from friends, neighbors and businesses in her community
Newsday reports a judge sentenced her Monday to up to three years in prison after learning she had failed out of the court-mandated drug program.
Her attorney, George Duncan, says she got a violation in the program for smoking a cigarette.

That was one expensive smoke
She smoked a cigarette!?
They should have just shot her in the face with an elephant gun.
If that is not a grevious crime i don’t know what is.
She should have been shot to begin with.
Instead, she was given a second chance: go to rehab and abide by the rehab center's rules.
She broke them and she deserves whatever she gets.

Well, I need more than what her attorney says.
Her big scam was the 'cancer cure'.
I'd pull the handle for that one myself, assuming she was lawfully convicted.
I despise these scammers.

How you doing Johnny?
The ONC people forgot my anti-nausea meds last Friday afternoon, so I didn't actually get them until Tuesday and Wed of this week.
All weekend after chemo treatment and no anti-nausea meds.
So yep..I've had better times. It's tough slogging it out that way, and still making sure that I gain a little weight.

Sorry to hear that. I was caught two days without the meds. I tried everything from lemon candy to Tums. No dice. Yeah it stinks. Remember taking a pillow and blanket to the door of the bathroom. Knew I was heading back there:)
It took another 48 hours to get back on regimen after getting the meds.
It really, really hurt to control that.
But no excuses for me.
I never allowed my airmen an excuse. I don't get one either. Suck it up and move on.
I can't afford to lose weight or get dehydrated. I don't weigh nearly enough now.

Hope you’re feeling better today, Johnny.
