WASHINGTON (AP) — Hillary Rodham Clinton has agreed to testify on Capitol Hill later this month about the attacks in Benghazi, Libya, and about her email practices.
Her lawyer David Kendall wrote to lawmakers Monday telling them she would agree to the request from a special panel investigating the September 2012 attacks that killed four Americans.
But Kendall said Clinton would testify only for one session. The committee chairman, GOP Rep. Trey Gowdy of South Carolina, had requested that she appear twice, for a hearing on Clinton's use of private emails and for a separate session on Benghazi.
Kendall said Clinton would answer all lawmakers' questions during one session and it would not be necessary for her to appear twice.

I’m not saying he’s not a good man but he said multiple times of FOX last year that he and his family came under death threats and it didn’t bother him.
But maybe it did enough for him to back off.

Frankly, I think putting her on the stand is a waste of time. It’s just going to make a bigger hero out of her and there’ll be no “gotcha” moments. I would be highly surprised if she is put under oath. I’d be even more surprised if she isn’t given an advance copy of the line of questioning. The Clintons always expect something in return for cooperating.
Wonder if Kendall will have to sit on his briefcase again?
She’ll let everyone know she’s going “above and beyond” once again.
The good news is this ploy won't work anymore because an overwhelming majority of Americans, including Democrats, are wise to her sham "poor little old me" scam act and sick of, utterly fed up with Hillary the lying, deceitful, Jezebel, "Wicked Witch of the East" and her ongoing, never-ending parade of scandals, corruption, and her "I am above the law," the law only applies to the 'little people,', it doesn't apply to me!" "Don't you dare look me in the eye." "Do you know who I am?" Elitist hypocrisy.
Besides, quoting Dr. Who: "Doesn't she look tired?" ...the wrinkled, dried up old hag, nag is on her last cankles! She has all the "charm" and "like ability" of a belgerant, shrew ex wife or ex mother in law!
Like I keep saying, she was beating Cruz by 30 last month, and only 6 this month.
