We all saw the videos of the mayhem, arson, looting, vandalism and physical assaults in Baltimore the last few days. Very ugly stuff which will cost hundreds of millions and years of bad PR for Baltimore.
Then very quickly we see criminal charges filed. These people are facing many years in prison. Decades.
But of all the video, I never did see any clear evidence that the cops intentionally tried to harm or kill Freddie Gray.
In fact all I have really heard are references regarding possible policy or safety infractions. Such as not putting a seat belt on Gray and allegations they might not have sought medical attention quickly enough. The cops said they didn't know he was injured enough for medical attention until they reached the jail.
And I've seen no real evidence the driver was driving erratically.
I'm not sure any of these cops are guilty of anything which would rate prison time. Maybe being fired for not following policy or protocol. But decades long prison time?
They came to a decision to charge these cops really quickly. With that many players I would think it should take quite a while to figure out if actual criminal charges should even be filed.
Maybe they have some big evidence we have all yet to see. We'll see what evidence they allegedly have.
I look forward to seeing this evidence. But it better be good since Baltimore was looted and burned over it.
Face it. America is more segregated physically and psychologically than ever before. No matter who you are, white or black, you do not look upon or treat the other in a way you would treat your own. Political correctness prevents the expression of honest opinion or appropriate behavior. The “no go “ zones are physical, social and behavioral.
They are revolting over OUR white privilege.
They will burn and loot their own neighborhoods until they get racial justice.
And they demand that they be rebuilt on OUR(YOUR) dime.
Fortunately they have a black female Mayor and Prosecutor who put racial justice and opposing white privilege, and greedy businesses.

Reminds me of that poor nutty filmaker, who got the blame for the Benghazi disaster. Is he still in jail?

You are right. No evidence has been presented. Except that he was entirely healthy when put in the van, and severely injured when he was removed from it.
Something happened in that van that wasn’t normal.
We’ll have to wait till evidence is released to make judgments about what that something was.
I think defending the cops, without evidence, is as biased as those who assume their guilt.
One fact that has struck me is that of the six cops, three are black and one is female. The driver, facing the most serious charges, and one of the supervisors, are both black.
I don’t care about Freddie Gray. That’s just the excuse.
Scum who like to riot and loot will take whatever opportunity they can. Freddie Gray is irrelevant. It’s time to bring out the water cannons and restore order.

A mere policy violation?
A policy to stop the injuries of people becoming cripples and dead from having their hands cuffed behind them inside of a slick, empty, metal van by cops, and then the cops keep doing it?
When cops earn a reputation for “nickel rides” and then ignore the fix, then there is a problem.
“At least five other people or their families have alleged they were harmed in the back of a police van since 1997, with several winning judgments or settling with police. Three were paralyzed by the ride, according to a recent review by The Baltimore Sun.
In one case, a 43-year-old plumber arrested for public urination was handcuffed and put in a van in good health but emerged a quadriplegic. He told his doctor he was not buckled into his seat and after a sharp turn he was “violently thrown around the back of the vehicle as [police officers] drove in an aggressive fashion,” according to a lawsuit.
The man died two weeks later of pneumonia caused by his paralysis, and his family initially won a $7.4 million award after a jury agreed three officers were negligent. It was reduced to $219,000 by Maryland’s Court of Special Appeals because state law caps such payouts.”
“It is police policy that all arrestees must be buckled in during transport. The policy, updated just nine days before Freddie Gray was injured, states “all passengers, regardless of age and location, shall be restrained by seat belts or other authorized restraining devices.””
Was Baltimore looted and burned over policy violations?
NOPE.... it’s because they are democrats...
Jail busses do not have seat belts.
I was so disgusted with the Ferguson blacks, and that Obama arranged for it to go all the way to the UN. (And what a show by the blacks there as well, you would have thought they were still demonstrating on the streets by their performance at the UN, so they have no regard for any authority).
At any rate, when this started happening in Baltimore I think everyone knew immediately it was just another re-play. Notice that they always select “victims” of the lowest denominator and their families to use and abuse. These are so set up and utilized for political and revenue gain that it’s beyond shameful and down right criminal.
Once again we see Chicago politics playing out on the nations stage as Obama moves and incites his minions to take advantage of the crisis they create. And then we all pay...which one would believe that IS the agenda.
There is a claim that the driver said this.
In hindsight Caesar would have stepped out of protocol and said “I’m going to seat belt this man”. But it was the job of the arresting officers to secure the person.
‘When he became irate Caesar called in and said “you have got to restrain him” - that’s on the audio.
‘They did, they restrained his legs. But when they did that they still should have put him in the seat belt.
‘If Caesar could go again, I’m sure he would. Knowing they didn’t use the seat belt, he should have broken protocol and done it.

So, because these evil cops didn't put his seat belt on, they should be executed?

According to the Daily Mail, this is a typical Baltimore pick up van.
I didn’t realize that was the discussion, it’s either guilt free or execution now?
