Baltimore Dispatch just gave the 40 minute warning. Sounds like they are really serious about enforcing a FULL curfew.

they should be ready to arrest the protestors and detain them at Ravens stadium for processing.
This is going to turn into a big contest. All of the black communities in each city are going to try and out-riot the last city. Too much attention being given to this.

How do you predict riots, violence and looting .... look to the indicators of DOJ “investigators” and Sharpton, Cummings, etc. to arrive and “calm things down”!
