Obama has a lot of nerve pretending that pouring money into urban slums is an 'investment'. Spending extra money so thugs can burn nicer stores and equipment is pure waste, and there is no excuse for wasting resources - ask any environmentalist.

The conservatives spent a fortune on rebuilding Iraq for the benefit of the Iraqi people only to have comrade dictator obama let it all burn down again.
