David Vitter, the only conservative up in 2016 is running for Governor in 2015. Grassley is good for his state's leanings and he needs no help to win big. Harry Reid's seat is going to be contested by 1 of the pro-amnesty or pro-driver-card Nevada Republicans Sandoval, Heck, Amodei, Cresent or Hutchison. Portman is a conservative because Ben Carson endorsed him apparently.
John McCain (R)
Johnny Isakson (R)
Mark Kirk (R)
Chuck Grassley (R)
Roy Blunt (R)
(Harry Reid) (D)
Kelly Ayotte (R)
Richard Burr (R)
Rob Portman (R)
Pat Toomey (R)
Ron Johnson (R)
no surprise
The EXEMPT GOP have lied to the voters,
as voters were warned over and over and over and over.
There must be accountability against the GOP.
They must NEVER win again.
This morning, the Senate’s Small Business Committee voted to block Sen. David Vitter’s (R-LA) efforts to subpoena records where Congress claimed they were a “small business” with only 45 employees the lie that paved the way for the Washington Exemption from ObamaCare.
Most disappointing, it was five Republican Senators that tanked Sen. Vitter’s efforts to expose this. Joining the nine Democrats on the committee in voting to block the subpoena were:
Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-NH)
Sen. Mike Enzi (R-WY)
Sen. Deb Fischer (R-NE)
Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY)
Sen. Jim Risch (R-ID)
Excuse me but a correction must be made. Portman is NOT a conservative. He is a very ineffective GOPe weasel. I have tried to like him but he always disappoints. His son told him he was Gay so all of a sudden Rob came out for Gay marriage (huh?). He also flirted with voting for Loretta Lynch! The other Ohio Senator is Sherrod Brown a labor tool and extreme liberal, although he disagrees with Obama a lot (because O is a total commie). Rob has no friends in Ohio because he stands for NOTHING. He will likely lose to former Dem Governor Ted Strickland and thus Ohio will lose a seat and the Rs in DC will lose a big vote. Ohio should never have two Dem Senators.
Ditto. Don’t reward the GOPe with a vote.
Any Conservative that would give money to the GOP needs to sit down and think it over. No freakin’ way!
Is someone lining up against McCain in Arizona yet?
There must be a dog-catcher somewhere over there that could use a raise in pay. Might be overqualified compared to McCain, but what the heck.
I will donate only to or in direct support of conservative candidates. No way the GOP is getting my money to fund the RINO zoo.
I stopped giving to all GOP organizations after the McCain/Kennedy amnesty attempt in 2006.
These traitors voted to confirm an Attorney General who has testified that Federal laws are meaningless, they need to be removed from office
Sens. Kelly Ayotte (N.H.),
Thad Cochran (Miss.),
Susan Collins (Maine),
Jeff Flake (Ariz.),
Lindsey Graham (S.C.),
Orrin Hatch (Utah),
Ron Johnson (Wis.),
Mark Kirk (Ill.),
Rob Portman (R-Ohio) and
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).
State Sen. Kelli Ward has expressed some interest.
McCain needs to go.
A good argument could be made that the GOP is more deceitful than the Democrats.
For some unfathomable reason the base doesn’t seem to want to hold the GOP accountable for its false promises and it keeps voting for them election after election. Very strange indeed.
There are more GOPeers outed by the Lynch vote for cloture.
Thank you, Paine, for the reminder. Wonderful!
No one gives anything to the national committee or the US Senate campaign operation for RINOS.
Here are the cloture vote traitors who voted yes for cloture moving her nomination to the floor before voting no as a fig leaf
Alexander
Burr
Capito
Corker
Cornyn
Gardner
Hatch
Roberts
Rounds
Thune
Tillis
Yep, round up the usual (known) suspects....
If your standards are so ridiculously high that even Mike Lee doesn't meet them, sure.
While I hope we can get rid of McCain, primary challenges to Ayotte, Toomey, or Johnson would be foolish.
Mike lee and Chuck Grassley are going to win by 20 points. If the NRSC is spending money on those races, they are wasting money. All this talk about primarying Mike Lee is just being used to line the pockets of Sal Russo and Grover Norquist.
I suppose Vitter would be in the same category if he were to run.
Ayotte has a good chance of losing the general because she supports Sheldon Adelson’s gambling ban and arming ISIS. Her Dem opponent also won in 2014.
I could see Rand or Walker winning NH and Ayotte losing.
