The new policy, to be implemented by the end of May, states that cosmetic makeup can be worn on any person regardless of gender, and that a person isnt misrepresenting his or her identity when makeup or clothing dont match traditional gender expectations. DMV employees will also be trained in how to serve transgender and gender non-conforming individuals.
The lawsuit, settled in the U.S. District Court in Columbia, S.C., was the first of its kind to challenge these sorts of restrictions on license photos, according to Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund executive director Michael Silverman. Lawyers for the organization said the new policies and training will help transgender South Carolina residents.

Someone needs to tell him it isn’t the makeup and clothing that reflect who he is, it the Adam’s Apple in his throat and what’s between his legs that reflect what he is.

'Gluten Free' is the new fad for those who want everyone to notice them. Perhaps one in ten on the gluten-free craze are there for real reasons, while the rest merely want attention. I suspect 'transgender' is another name for "I tried gluten-free but missed donuts and pasta too much, so I'm mutilating my genitals instead. Look at meeee! Please?" It's sad what liberalism has done to people who could have done something useful with their lives instead.

I didn't know this was a pervert at first; I thought it was a real girl. The look is not one that does anything for me, pretty much the same as Maria Shriver, Brooke Shields, and other women with sturdy features, but he's not revolting when made up as an "it" instead of being himself. That's unusual for these sick people, most of whom look like clowns in their makeup.

no one pays any attention to it any moreWishful thinking, I'm afraid. In fact, it is a constant source of headline news, and as a result, it is one of the central concerns for both businesses and public-policy makers nowadays. What nobody pays attention to are the disastrous consequences that follow from catering to all the weird whiners.
