Antonin, get a clue. Try to find a kind word or a word of praise that she has had for you over the decades. If she ever uttered such, she would immediately lose her iconic status on the left, which she wouldn’t risk ,even if she didn’t hold you in contempt.

It's common knowledge that Scalia and Ginsberg have been close personal friends for years.

It's the one thing she got right.

Scalia and Ginsburg are actually good friends. They get together in leisure time with their spouses and play board games. This is simply a way of promoting a good friend by Scalia and likely nothing else.

Justices Scalia, Ginsburg, Kennedy, Bryer, Roberts & Kagan attended Harvard Law School (corrections welcome). And I’d like to know what students are getting indoctrinated with at that law school since it evidently isn’t the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers as the Founding States had intended for those powers to be understood.

And speaking of justices, consider that if the 17th Amendment had never been ratified then there would probably be all different faces on the Supreme Court at this time. Such justices would likely share the religious and family values of the federal senators who voted for them, senators who likewise reflect the values of the state lawmakers who voted for them.

The 17th Amendment needs to disappear.

I am convinced she is only staying until she can participate (and possibly write the majority opinion) making same sex marriage a constitutional right.

She wants to leave her mark on history (in this case a stain) and then leave before Obama leaves office, so he can pick her replacement.
