Government documents obtained by a top "Inside the Beltway" watchdog group and released on Thursday reveal that Internal Revenue Service's Lois Lerner was strongly urged by Sen. Carl Levin, D-Michigan, and Sen. John McCain, R-Arizona, her assistance in attacking certain non-profit political groups. The organizations they selected for targeting by Lerner were part of the Tea Party and conservative movements.
Newly released documents revealed that Sen. Levin (left) and Sen. McCain both urged the IRS to target conservative groups in the wake of the Citizens United decision.
The group that investigates and exposes government corruption, Judicial Watch, released newly acquired IRS documents, including an email from Ms. Lerner in February 2012 requesting she put together some training points to help them [IRS staffers] understand the potential pitfalls of revealing too much information to Congress."

Kelli Ward should/hopefully is running with this.
I'm not going to let someone else pick the nominee without working my arse off for my choice in the primary.
If it ain't Cruz, it better be a conservative, because I won't vote for a liberal republican.

The only way I could vote for that idiot was because I was voting for Palin.
This does make one wonder if we would have been just as screwed under John McCain as under Obama. The man is so hard core leftist he’s willing to break the law to attack conservatives.
LOL! ! !
I don’t know if anybody could screw us over more than Obama but McCain would have messed up things for real conservatives getting elected for awhile.
I understand. I did the same with Santorum in 2012 while he was still at way less than one percent in the polls. He came back from that to score a belated win in Iowa. Still have the sweater vest. I’ll also work in the primaries this cycle. Just haven’t made a final decision for who yet. Basically down to Cruz, Santorum, and Jindal.
Don’t throw things. :-)
FNC was all over the IRS/Lerner for about a year.. will they pick it up again now that McCain is a co-conspirator? I gave up FNC after 10 years a few months ago with their Jeb worship.
Will Trey Gowdy address this?
But after studying it for a while, I have picked Cruz because it's obvious to me that Cruz has the right stuff, and is the only conservative that is really in the race right now.
I don't consider Rand to be a conservative. And Walker has yet to throw his hat in the ring officially.
That, of course is my opinion and I'll only throw things at people that insist that conservatives vote for their liberal because he has an (R) by his name. ;)

This was common knowledge. He also graduated at the bottom of his class and was no one special. I have no respect for him.
That’s more than reaching across the aisle.
I believe the RNC weighs heavily on the rulemaking. It is ultimately a problem with the GOP Establishment (GOPe).
Many states are comparable in narrow aspects. I doubt Arizona and Mississippi are comparable in politics other than the primary rules which the GOPe has established.
The point is that McCain is a de facto democrat. If that upsets you, then you have good reason to be angry.
That POS is on our local radio talk show quite often. I’m saving this thread and will phone in the next time I hear he’ll be on....unless the call screener won’t put me on. Won’t do any good to call or email. I’ve done that and all I get is some airhead telling me that she’ll pass the comment on to the senator.

I need to send some money to him.
I had a money begging letter from him....Called me his "friend"
So I e-mailed back was waiting for a good primary alternative to send money to.
Yep- they conspired to write off all of the MIA’s, so Vietnam could trade with us. seems like there were thought to be about 1500 of them, and the roster just went to zero.
McCain used up all his brownie points from Hanoi LONG AGO. In fact, not long after assuming his first political office. Didn’t he lie and lie and lie to POW families?
A couple of days ago I read what he actually said. He suggested the IRS investigate political PACS in general(I forget the designation). He apparently never said only to investigate the TEA party, or new conservative groups.
What the IRS did was to only investigate the conservative side. Actually, they TARGETED the conservative side.
McCain shouldn't be reelected to anything, but he apparently did nothing wrong on this front.
