Our soldiers get treated right at the Atlanta airport both by the airport staff and by other travelers. Everyone waits so returning soldiers can deplane and move thru security first. Travelers standing and waiting cheer and clap. Soldiers get offers of drinks and meals while they wait.
Southerners!

I'm glad I clicked through. When I read the headline I feared the worst.
Me too.

This was very respectfully done.
I've stood with the Patriot Guard Riders. We try to be as respectful and tasteful as these folks. The soldiers and families deserve the best.

The only way it could have been better would be if they had a snall sized flag to put on the dog's casket. Agree, but it was still treated with respect althougth pitiful to see.

Thank you for sharing this video.
I just finished watching the one of the cops beating a horse thief half to death after he surrendered.
Your video brought me out of anger.

Thanks for posting.. Everyone needs to get some perspective on how bad their life is not. I think a note to Delta in appreciation would be easy enough.I miss that song... As Memorial Day draws closer, I think of the fallen soldiers. I also think of this current world war and I am sad. My son in law was KIA, still sad I never got to meet him. Now my only son is a soldier. It is a long family tradition.
