Because they can? Most are atheists and when you do not have a God to answer to, ANYTHING that supports your belief and does not harm you, is valid to do.
Leftism is a font of ideas that simply do not work. Thats putting it mildly. If anything, leftist ideas make things worse. So how does one prop up ideas that are broken and do not work? Simple: they lie. One certainly cannot prop up broken ideas with the truth. So its, lie, lie, and lie some more. The communists did it that way. The nazis did it that way. And the modern day leftists do it that way.
because the truth does not fit the agenda and to make it work its all there is,lies!
1) Because they have to. People wouldn’t give them ANY power if they knew what the left was about.
2) Because they feel morally justified in doing so. They believe their cause is far too good to be impeded by rules expected of everyone else.
3) Because they can. The news media are supposed to be seekers of truth and maintain that mythical mantel even after they have become blatant leftist activists.
Natural-born liars. Then they become paid professional liars.
Why the left lies? If they told the truth, nobody would vote for them...

So the left specifically chooses to feature situations in which facts are under dispute. Then leftists claim that no one could reasonably dispute the facts; the only people who would dispute facts about the occurrence of an evil are those who sympathize with the evil. Leftists craft Americans who require evidence into victimizers, simply so they can portray themselves as heroes.
