A couple of thoughts:
1. The US is not the only arms manufacturer and dealer in the world. Truth is, we have no idea exactly what Israel has nor from whom they got it. Israel has the financial means to buy whatever is needed, and a country backed into a corner will obtain aid and weaponry from whomever is willing to sell. The world is rife with underground arms dealers who will sell to the highest bidder regardless of political or even religious differences. Some of these dealers are even in the US, as witnessed by the arms-for-dope flights, busted by the Policia Nacional near Comayagua, Honduras.
2. Having worked closely with the NSA and CIA, albeit years ago, I know for a certainty there is a world of crap going on under the radar of which Obama has no clue. Just because the news media say the MOPs were not delivered, doesn’t mean it’s true. All governments have a public side and an underground side, to much of which the president is not privy.
Israel’s real danger is if the US uses military might to stop a raid on Iran, or joins Israel’s opponents militarily. I don’t think this would ever happen because of the certainty of a huge backlash from millions of Americans and others. This could rip the US to shreds, and give Obama a “Bastille Experience”.
Israel has the capacity to destroy the underground facilities at Natanz and Fordo near Qom, …without using nukes.
How? You just have to think about it for awhile. Think outside the box.

Drop a dirty bomb on the entrance to each of their underground bunkers and they won’t be using them for a very long time.
Maybe. And a MOP is not a complex weapon. Hard to cast that much tungsten carbide, perhaps. And a JDAM tail would not be a hard addition.
The delivery systems are limited: B-52s and B-2 bombers, neither of which Israel has.
I would purpose-build very large drones to carry it, in large numbers.
