No state should need religious freedom legislation. Something has gone terribly wrong if a nation founded on religious freedom needs legislation to protect it.
What is revolting is liberal bigotry against people of faith.
Liberals think the worst of people who believe in God.
This is what we saw on display on Indiana this weekend.
Concern about gay rights was a fig-leaf for ugly prejudice against God fearers.
What is driving this is the in your face behavior by predatory activists looking to cause trouble. A “gay couple” looking for a wedding cake from a Christian baker is doing the same as someone else going to a kosher butcher demanding pork. It is behavior meant to be offensive, backed up by predatory lawfare.
They are trying to defend the indefensible.
The who question is absurd. I don’t give a damned what you do in your bedroom. It’s none of my business. When your sexuality defines who you are, then you have bugger problems.
And that is the issue.
They want their psychosis to be accepted, and then celebrated as normal by those who find their sexual practices revolting and abnormal.

Even if you removed all of the religious aspects of the law, it would still be about property rights. The right to run your own business the way you see fit

Bingo! Yes, something has gone terribly wrong. This issues should never have even made it to the debate table, religious or not. This is a LIBERTY issue.
That fact that we are tepidly defending even THIS freedom with such a weak law reveals how dead the United State, indeed all of Western Culture, now is.
