Doubtful on the airbag injury theory. Older kid and I were involved in a collision where both airbags deployed and there were no facial issues with either of us. I wear glasses and she doesn’t and the worst part of it was the nasty smell from the propellant/explosive that inflates the bag.
Like many others, I think it was a much more personal injury inflicted with specific intent, for a specific reason.
