Students cannot receive a score lower than 50 percent If we're banning zeros, wouldn't that be "a score lower than 5_ percent"?
And by the way, how are you going to work the math: if there are 100 questions and you only get 10 of them right, do you still get 50 percent? Isn't that going to get confusing when you go to Algebra class and the teacher tells you that 10 out of 100 is 10 percent, but you have a paper proving that, at least in that school, 10 of 100 (or 20 of 100 or 30 of 100 ...) equals 50 percent?
