Back in the Arad penitentiary, I ask Lehel about his heyday. Was it worth it? I had memos Hillary Clinton got as a State Secretary, with CIA briefings. These were being read by her, two other people from the US Government, and Guccifer. I used to read her memos for six-seven hours and then Id get up and do the gardening in the yard, he says.

Very interesting. Nothing affects these criminals
in government.
Photoshop, that isn’t Hillary’s body, just her head.
Her words were that she never sent classified material in her emails. So she never attached a properly classified document. Typical Clinton BS parsing of words.
She's toast.
Yeah. As SOS, you typically don't send the classified material ( CIA briefings and such). You are on the receiving end of those.
Ummm, AND the Chinese, Russians, and North Koreans...
She is going to delay, delay, delay until the RATS are in a position that they must support her. It took a very long time for Nixon to be forced by the Supreme Court to turn over some of the evidence he withheld.
She did it for personal gain and ease.
Hillary might be a traitor.
Will anyone explain the difference between giving an enemy classified information in the dark of night and "letting the enemy find" classified on an unsecured computer?
My guess - she wanted the private server for ‘shakedown’ money for her ‘slush fund Foundation’. And for that she was willing to compromise the security of our country.
... 30 pieces of silver...
Looks like the cuff of her blouse sleeve under the jacket, to me.
Photoshop.
"In March 2013 Guccifer achieved mainstream renown, breaking into accounts belonging to Colin Powell, former US Secretary of State and Chief of Staff. He got Powells email from the contact list of the U.N. Under-Secretary-General Joseph Verner-Reed, who he also hacked."
We talked about this on a prior thread. Someone gets hacked, and the hacker uses the contact list to hack others.
As an aside, Gowdy is on the right track with his subpoenas directing that other people who have had emails to and from Hillary's private account concerning official Government communications to forward those emails to him. If Hillary broke the law, and they have knowledge of it, they could be charged with obstructing justice if they don't comply. Plus, now more than ever, it is imperative that our Government knows what the hackers probably know, and how many people were targeted because of Hillary's arrogance.
As it is not yet determined that Hillary planned, with premeditation, to leave sensitive documents where they could be downloaded by hostile persons, the "reasonable person" standard must be applied.
Under the "reasonable person" standard, the courts would ask if a "reasonable person" with her experience, and with her position and authority, would knowingly leave documents, the nature of which could cause grave damage to our national security, on an unsecured server. The answer would be a thunderous NO! Further, the reasoning would be that she "knew, or should have known," that refusing to follow policy could enable the interception of classified information by persons hostile to the security of the United States, and that such negligence can not be a shield to her conduct, requiring that she be prosecuted at the same level as someone who deliberately handed over sensitive documents. ESPECIALLY after she had sent out a memo to other employees advising them NOT to do what she did!
Because Hillary lived in the White House - had access to the concepts of 'classified information' I don't believe the 'reasonable person' concept applies. She would be held to a higher standard.
Hillary was head of the State Department.
She knew the risk of an unprotected computer ... knew the rules, knew why the rules existed. Leaving classified documents 'open' to our enemies was a known fact to her... She knew her actions constituted a danger to the security of the country. She might be a traitor.
She’s toast.

Not because of this, or any other scandal. By the time the election rolls around, very very few are gonna remember any of the degeneracy, gross incompetence or flat out enemy loving bullcrap pulled by Clinton.
It wont even take an active assist by the MSM to cause it.
Most of our pop is simply trained and conditioned to not remember any of the evils committed by the commiescum left.
Whoever sent classified materials to her personal server, and the network security officer who allowed it, is also in deep trouble.
It couldn't be phrased any better. She was in authority, she was a person who set rules and formulated policies and demanded that others adhere to those rules and policies, under threat of severe criminal and/or civil actions. As others have pointed out, because of the position she held, she had to be absolutely above reproach.
My guess - she wanted the private server for shakedown money for her slush fund Foundation. And for that she was willing to compromise the security of our country.
Good catch Cipher
