One can only imagine how fast and furious is the behind-the-scenes scrambling now going on among lawyers and and story spinners at the U.S. State Department as Hillary Clintons emailgate scandal expands and intensifies.
Even as the former secretary of state tries to move on from the controversy over her use of a private email account to conduct official business, the countrys current chief diplomat, John Kerry, could find himself soiled by the whole dirty affair.

“...John Kerry, could find himself soiled by the whole dirty affair.”
He’s probably been doing exactly the same thing and is shaking in his shoes right now.

It basically boils down to this: The article contends that he did not follow through on his duties as the new incoming secretary of state. He should have either made sure she signed the exit form or turned over her available communication in a timely manner. It would appear neither had occurred.

FOX is reporting that no Secretary of State signed off on exit forms when leaving their position, including Hillary Clinton. Case closed?

I have been wondering why John Kerry didn’t have a problem with not having access to many of his predecessor’s documents. Doesn’t he or his staff have to review at all what happened at State in the first term?
To: RitaOK
Maybe. I’m sure people in these positions consult lawyers upon resigning. Some or all may have opted not to sign it.
