Any half backed fool could tell you that cliff’s going to collapse...only a matter of time...
They would be better off to intervene and collapse it under controlled circumstances.

In July 2014, fire crews burned down a luxury home teetering atop a crumbling 75-foot limestone cliff over Lake Whitney, rather than wait for it to tumble into the water.Looks like the fire department will have to do it again. Maybe this time they'll tell the family inside before they torch it.
