Send in a SWAT team.

Flash grenades. Shouting. Big guns. Up against the wall. Handcuffs. Insults. Threats. Humiliation and Fear.

Get the server.

Laws don’t apply to the Ruling Class, and Democrat or Republican, they’re watching this one to see if she can get away with it, because if she can, they can. And they will.

Would you buy a used car from Slick Willie's wife?

Hillary’s emails are far less interesting than Huma Abedin’s! Or maybe they were sexting?

It amazes me that she thinks that will be the end of it. Well, not just she, but all of her savvy advisors. I wonder what they have in mind and why is it that any news ends up being good news for the Clintons ...

..... I wonder how the “Watergate” scandal would have ended if the investigators and media just accepted Nixon’s word and stopped there?

By using a private server and a single e-mail addie for government business she surrenders the right to call it private. By default she made her server and single e-mail account government property.

I retired from the Department of State as an Information Management Specialist. Any Email server (MS Exchange) at any post in the world would be able to pull up any email from her address if they conducted a search. Any Exchange/Email Server in the World would also have her Email searchable as a record.

On many occasions I had to search for an Email by username/email address or subject. It is simply a daily occurrence in the life Informanagement Resource Management.

If Hillary sent an Email to someone at DoJ, State, USAID, Military Liaison Office/Defense Attache Office, etc., it would be on those servers, and more than likely in the recipients PST File.

Additionally, each user on a government computer has their entire PC mapped to a personal share that is not supposed to be deleted for a certain period of time, and those are backed up locally, and more recently over the network to regional servers within State.

So to sum it all up. If Hillary sent an Email to a Yahoo, Google, Hotmail, Gmail, etc. then the NSA has access to those records on demand. If she sent it to another government user, then it is a record on the recipients personal share where their PST is mapped on a Network Drive (not on the local PC hard drive as the IRS claimed).

The most likely scenario is that Hillary sent Emails to Personal addresses as we have seen in the past in the Obama Administration where they have as Standard Operation Procedure from their ascension into political office to use personal Emails - it is endemic within the Administration. There has never been anything like this in US Govt History.

Nixon was a piker compared to the woman who tried to prosecute him, if he were alive today he would be calling as a lawyer himself for Hillary's head.

We all know they never go away.

WHERE ARE THEY???

I heard her screechy voice for about 2 minutes until my ears started throbbing then read the crawl.

What a liar. I thought I fell into a time toilet and was in the same world of crap from 1994.

She used it for “convenience”? The law is not about her convenience!

If she wins...and this will go away because its way to early in her non campaign and the low infos will forget by...uh...next week,,,we will be doomed.

'No one wants their personal email made public, and I think most people understand that and respect that privacy,' she said, explaining her decision to get rid of emails that weren't pertinent to her work at the State Department.

True. However most people have a work account for business matters and a personal account for everything else. If you had used a .gov account exclusively for all gov't correspondence, I wouldn't care about a personal account. You didn't. Hand over every email sent or received on that account. You created the problem, deal with the consequences.
