House Select Committee on Benghazi Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) said Tuesday that he will call on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to testify twice before his committee, after Clinton failed to aswer several outstanding questions about her use of personal email and her reaction to the 2012 attack in Libya.
“The first appearance will be to clear up her role and resolve issues surrounding her exclusive use of personal email to conduct official business,” Gowdy said. “This is necessary to establish our Committee has a complete record with respect to Secretary Clinton’s time in office.”
“Our committee will then call her to appear before the Committee in a public hearing to answer questions specifically regarding Libya and the Benghazi terrorist attacks that took the lives of our four brave fellow citizens,” he added.
Gowdy released a statement just minutes after Clinton argued that she has no further work emails on her private server, and that she didn’t save the remaining personal emails that were left. Clinton strongly hinted that she would resist attempts by Republicans to crack open that server and look for other Benghazi-related emails.
But Gowdy said it’s not up to her to decide what emails can be seen or not seen, and that she needs to give the server to a third party to make those decisions.

Get a Court Order and go get the server
Subpoena her IT person, Mr. Gowdy.
You won’t be seeing the server either, unless it is destroyed first. Liar,liar, house on fire.
The ex-prosecutor knows he has got the Big Fish on the hook, now.
She has already admitted to tampering with the emails on that server. Now she’s open to a HUGE perjury charge...
She needs to provide to Congress the server.
What we should be going after is the NSA copy of the main trunk out of her area. It may be a needle in a haystack, but I’d love to see her sitting on it testifying while wondering what Gowdy has.
Bingo. Someone had to set it up, and I would not be surprised if that person was supplied by the White House. Ooops!

What Benghazi emails?
I do not know much about these things..servers. Yet I think the questions is......who is her IT guy? Wouldn’t that be the one to question?
I say “Banana”, you say “Republic”!
If she hasn’t already had it done, Hillary and her minions will rapidly thoroughly “scrub” and then “recycle” the server ...in order that the deleted emails can never be recreated.
Five Democrats on Gowdy’s committee. Whatever they get won’t be a surprise to Hillary if/when she testifies.
This needs to go to a prosecutor.
