Get a Court Order and go get the server

The committee does not need a court order. They vote on the resolution and can ask ANY friendly FBI agents to go get the server. I have been told that Holder does not have to order it. Of course, he could put out a pre-emptive order to all FBI agents and others to take no action.

That is my question. Where is the search warrant? I mean, I can see allowing a little room for courtesy, but they should have been standing at her door with a search warrant the night this broke. She is not part of the administration any longer, and her actions were illegal. But, I guess the Republicans will have a better chance at dropping the ball on this if Hilary has more time to delete damaging information. This is seriously frustrating.

Does the Govt have any propriety interest in Hillary’s server, cell phones (are they govt issue, same for Ipod of Blackberries)/ If so, then their content is also govt property and should be seized as having possible evidence of a breach of security, as well as lying, and the destruction of government documents (electronic emails).
