WASHINGTON The White House counsel's office was not aware at the time that Hillary Rodham Clinton was secretary of state that she relied solely on personal email and only found out as part of the congressional investigation into the Benghazi attack, according to a person familiar with the matter.
The person said Clinton's exclusive reliance on personal email as the nation's top diplomat was inconsistent with the guidance given to agencies that official business should be conducted on official email accounts. Once the State Department turned over some of her messages in the Benghazi investigation, making it apparent she was not following the guidance, the White House counsel's office asked the State Department to ensure that her email records were properly archived, according to the person who spoke on a condition of anonymity without authorization to speak on the record.

There are multiple felonies here. The FBI should immediately seize here server.
How did the White House communicate Email with her then?
What, they only threw bacon bits at Hillary when they needed her and said, “Come her bitch”? Not believable!
So if the White House knew by the way, did they also break the law?

Sharyl Attkisson investigates Hillary Clintons document sifter, Cheryl Mills
Posted at 6:15 pm on October 18, 2014
As Twitchy reported this week, investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson has published a fascinating piece in this weeks Daily Signal on Hillary Clinton aide Cheryl Mills and her long career of document sifting for her boss. Attkisson speaks extensively on camera to whistleblower Sonya Gilliam, who was responsible for Commerce Department responses to Freedom of Information Act requests during the Clinton administration.
Attkisson writes:
To Sonya Gilliam, a recent account of improper sorting of Benghazi-related documents at the State Department brought back vivid memories of her own encounters with high-level government officials who withheld, deleted or destroyed public records.
And one name stood out for its familiarity: Cheryl Mills.
A former deputy assistant secretary of state had told The Daily Signal that Mills was present during an after-hours document operation in a basement room of the State Department in October 2012. Mills was chief of staff to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Her own server in her home guarded by Secret Service
VERY INTERESTING.
So in four years as SecState, Hillary never emailed anyone at the White House concerning official business? Because if she did, the SOMEONE should have noticed she was not using a government account.
It has already been established that she never used a government e-mail account.
BS.
IMHO, Hillary was insulated or shielded by Cheryl Mills, for one.
A Judicial Watch FOIA request already revealed that the State Department knew within minutes that the Benghazi attack was a terrorist event, and that was discovered via official emails from close Clinton associates like Cheryl Mills.

Are you sure? They had “released” Benghazi emails before but none were from her private server. I’ve seen questions about “if” sensitive information was on her private server or if it was only used for non-classified correspondence.
If she never had a state.gov email, or never used it at all, then by default there would HAVE to be classified information on her private server.
