President Barack Obama took a stab at Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in an interview with Reuters on Monday, on the eve of Netanyahu’s controversial speech to a special joint session of Congress on Tuesday morning. Obama said that Netanyahu “made all sorts of claims” about the interim nuclear deal with Iran that turned out to be untrue. Yet Obama mischaracterized Netanyahu’s remarks, and misrepresented Iranian compliance with the terms of the interim deal.
Obama’s full comment on Monday was: “Netanyahu made all sorts of claims. This was going to be a terrible deal. This was going to result in Iran getting 50 billion dollars worth of relief. Iran would not abide by the agreement. None of that has come true. It has turned out that in fact, during this period we’ve seen Iran not advance its program. In many ways, it’s rolled back elements of its program.”
However, each element of that claim is untrue–and some are outright lies.

Obama knows Netanyahu with come across to the American people as a strong, confident, forceful leader, while he is a weak, negative, apologetic, anti-American, all talk and no do fake. He knows Bibi will outshine him. Netanyahu is classy, respectful, professional and deferential to Obama. Obama is a petty, petulant, immature, whiney little kid in his behavior towards Bibi.
It has everything to do with Netanyahu being a leader and Obama being a loser.
So it seems our little classless jerk resident does indeed mean disrespect to the leader of our ally.

Well, that’s what crass no sense of decorum type folks do(duh lyin’ king). I would say it’s low class but that would tend to indicate that there is some. Which we know there is not.
Obama just can’t shut up. This just makes him look smaller.
No class, no humility, no deference, no honor, no protocol, no etiquette, no anything. But what do expect from a feckless fool on a hill?
Your first sentence has it right. Obama is afraid that Bibi will tell the American people things that they would ignore if they came from the Republicans. This is why is he is treating Bibi like a Republican. I hope the PM has the nerve to law down the exact terms of the deal, or at least make it clear that Obama is seeking detent with Iran. But Iran is more like Nazi Germany than the China and the USSR of 1970.
