WASHINGTON — Hillary Rodham Clinton exclusively used a personal email account to conduct government business as secretary of state, State Department officials said, and may have violated federal requirements that officials’ correspondence be retained as part of the agency’s record.
Mrs. Clinton did not have a government email address during her four-year tenure at the State Department. Her aides took no actions to have her personal emails preserved on department servers at the time, as required by the Federal Records Act.

Her first day at the State Department her handlers at State just forgot to set her up with a secure account.
The following day those at State remembered and were going to set up it, but Ms. Clinton protested and said she wanted to keep her queenhillary@aol.com account.

This news today about Hillary’s emails along with the articles on Bill Clinton’s portrait containing hidden symbolism of Monica Lewinsky—obviously, the very top “decision-makers” have decided she is not to be the candidate in 2016.

The Clintons, like many in what has become the political royal class, are beyond scrutiny, and don't have to follow the same rules you and I do. They own the ball, and they make the rules up as they go along. All we can do is refuse to play, but they will continue the game whether any of us ‘participate’ or not.
Sad, but it has been a long and difficult day, and I'm having a hard time avoiding cynicism tonight.
The NYT leading on this story is nearly as stunning as the story itself.
Or, are they (NYT) vetting her in advance of all hell breaking loose, or by taking out the impact of a bombshell, since it was destined for universal exposure SOON by the fearless and masterful Gowdy, whose committee was able to actually drew this Clintonian treachery into the light of day?
You bet, she could have been communicating with a CB radio and no one would question it.
It’s not stunning when you recall that the NYT has always been the the propaganda arm of the Clintons.
Possibly breaking rules? LOL. She broke the law. I spent 28 years as an FSO in the State Department. If I had done the same thing, I would have been brought up on charges.

Exactly my thought....Hillary has a whole lot more she's going to have to contend with then if or not she used e-mails one way or another......she has no accomplishments and plenty of cannon fodder to use against her.
I still question if or not she really wants to be President, though of course Billy will be surely running things with her. ...They're going to have to clean her up before she runs...weight loss and face and hair....etc.
