A clear trend emerges when President Obama discusses religion. When discussing Islam, it is within the sole context of a “peaceful religion.” When discussing other religions, it is within the context of their once having fostered hatred and violence, as he said at the National Prayer Breakfast and the Summit to Counter Violent Extremism (SCVE).

This nut has to be removed from office ASAP, enough is enough. He’s got a freakin’ traitor making deals with a terrorist nation over nukes. The bottom line is he’s leading us down a path where millions of people are going to get killed, but keeping him in office is MORE important? BS enough is enough. I’m calling my Congressmen today, I want this jackass out of office. We should all get on the ass of Congress non-stop UNTIL he is removed.

The guy really seems to have in mind some fuzzy headed half-baked notion of “how things should be” and he seems to be trying to make them real by denying reality and trying to get everyone else to do so as well. This is no hearts and minds push either, it’s linked up with censorship of the media, political correctness censorship of everyone else, and propaganda that is at right angles (or is it left) with the citizenry.
Why do I get the feeling that we are dealing with some sort of groupthink phenomena among our elites? There is definitely some sort of unexamined thought thing going on but it’s all locked away in that set.

Your congress-critter likely will agree with you but, in the end, there is no worries for him/her. The the “millions...killed” will not be Americans (hint: think “Isrealis”).
Their vote is secure.
Seems like a solid observation. Also, if anyone has ever debated religion with a Muslim, it is exactly the attitude that Muslims have. They believe the worst about every other religion without question, but won’t entertain the most common sense criticisms of their own religion.
