Star Parker believes that black leadership is to blame for the struggles of the African-American community...
Parker compared black leadership to plantation overseers, and said its job is to keep thriving African-Americans down and make them complacent in a welfare culture.
The Democratic machine has built up this plantation, Parker said. Then, they gerrymander the plantation in order to keep getting re-elected. When an African-American tries to stand up and challenges this system, they are quickly silenced, and treated like an escaped slave...
Just like a slave, they are dragged back to the farm and stripped of their integrity. We saw it done to the likes of Clarence Thomas, Bill Cosby, and we will see it done again.
Parker also commented on policies like affirmative action, and how they affect the black community.
...
Parker made headlines last week when she compared resident Obamas prayer breakfast comments on Christianity to verbal rape.
...
Parker then laid out the four ways in which PC has harmed the country:
Number one it stifles traditional values. Two, it increases the role of government when it comes to helping the poor. If you say anything against government welfare, you are labeled a racist. Three, it hurts the market. We are told to envy our bosses and those who are more successful. And four, it hurts our ability to form a strong national allegiance and national defense...
her comments were appropriate because Obama had robbed the audience of an opportunity to have an important discussion on faith.

Who can argue with this chick ?
And Hillary wasn’t even around back then to bump him off.
However, LBJ was.
Present day Democrats buy their slaves with taxpayer money.
If conservatives win the White House, she needs to be the Press Secretary! She speaks with clarity and common sense.
If you do; you are a racist! ;)
BUMP
Those plantation overseers she speaks of will come after her, like they did Herman Cain and others. They will not stop until she is ruined. It will be public for all who are thinking of leaving to see.
And she is 100 percent correct.
I like Star. She doesn’t mince words, and she’s usually right.
Thanks george76.
That’s a keeper.

I’m sure they will. Evil SOB’s!
She is a national treasure; we need millions more like her.
I note that her WIKI profile does not include her time on welfare. I gleaned the following from (far left) SLATE:
“Parker also happens to be a former welfare recipient and single mother who has talked publicly about her four abortions, all of which occurred before she became a born-again Christian and subsequently attended college for a degree in marketing.”
Whether that omission was by her opponents to hide the fact that you CAN get off the plantation, or by her friends to hold the saw-those-words-and-stopped-reading-there crowd*, I can’t say.
*You know the ones I mean; if you’ve ever done it, no matter how long ago and how many subsequent apologies you made, you are a hypocrite to speak against it.
Can they do that? I mean, I don't mean to sound insensitive or anything, but with all the damn snow we've got around here, I could use a fit young man to help shovel the driveway.
I've been hiring the black kid from down the street, but he gets tired and quits before the job is half done.
If I was going to buy some help, I'd probably opt for a nice Scots-Irish indentured servant, or if I couldn't have that, maybe a Mexican who's willing to do the job the American black kid can't/won't do.
Curious observation. It withholds the potential for inspiration to be imparted from "having been there."
...or by her friends to hold the saw-those-words-and-stopped-reading-there crowd*
I take it you mean Christians who won't forgive. There's a lot of that going around.
The Nation of Islam whacked Malcolm X.
