Everyone wants to know whether Jeb Bush can survive his support for Common Core and comprehensive immigration reform in today's Republican Party.
One deal-breaker that might surprise people, though: His opposition to gay marriage.
NBC News and Marist College are out with a batch of new 2016 primary polls. And as you might expect, Common Core, immigration reform, belief in man-made climate change and support for raising taxes on the wealthy are among those with the potential to alienate lots of conservatives.
But according to the polls, so does opposition to gay marriage--an issue on which Bush agrees with basically every other candidate.
The polls, in fact, show that about half of likely GOP caucus and primary voters in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina said they find opposition to gay marriage either "mostly" or "totally" unacceptable in a candidate....

Gay marriage is like the term dolphin marriage.
There’s no such thing. Monogamy isn’t marriage. Love is not marriage. Sex is not marriage. Having a child is not marriage. Living together is not marriage. Sodomy is not marriage. Putting jewelry on someone’s hand is not marriage. Having a big-ass party focused on yourself is not marriage.
Marriage, is marriage. And it has nothing to do with TWO MEN WHO SCREW EACH OTHER, or TWO WOMEN WHO WISH THEY COULD SCREW EACH OTHER.

Do you believe this Marist College poll?
To: Dalek
It goes to show how far the American mind has sunk into the sewer. Only four things mean anything to the spoiled bastards living in this country these days. “Smart” phones, “selfies”, freebies and sexual deviancy. The morons living here are totally obsessed with homosexuality and any other sexual freaks they can find. The kinkier, the better.

I was going to put the keyword “gaymarriagepole” in there, then thought better of it.
Funny as it would be....it’d be...regrettable.

It might be an unfortunate term to coin.

But according to the polls, so does opposition to gay marriage--an issue on which Bush agrees with basically every other candidate. So did Obama when he was running for office.

The polls are BS. Depending on the the question asked, it’s more about whether people want their house firebombed by La Raza or the Gaystapo.
The way the question was asked also probably confused the people answering it.

Enforcement of the illegal-immigration laws should focus on the illegal employers. Take away the motive, and the act will cease.
