WASHINGTON (AP) -- The official sign-up season for President Barack Obama's health care law may be over, but leading congressional Democrats say millions of Americans facing new tax penalties deserve a second chance.
Three senior House members told The Associated Press that they plan to strongly urge the administration to grant a special sign-up opportunity for uninsured taxpayers who will be facing fines under the law for the first time this year.

we can laugh at how stupid they are and trust me I do but saw one guy from CO{probably a druggie} who said it was not Obama;s fault this is all going on with delays and fines and still supports his messiah.
Yeah, I know.
And we spoke up loudly and were shouted down, or marginalized as heartless bastards for denying healthcare to the needy.
But there were the marginal supporters who actually believed this was going to be “free for everyone”,
and if all the penalties would have been examined,
they may not have thrown their support behind it.
One of the things that sunk Hillarycare was that the truth got out about the criminal penalties for anyone seeking or providing healthcare outside the system.
If you see the commercials for it (as the deadline came yesterday) it was all about focusing on subsidies; in my town they have billboards (solely in Spanish) broadcasting that “You may qualify for a subsidy”...
The same idiots that voted for the Socialist One are now crying about the penalties of Socialism.
Make them pay was their mantra. They now discover who “them” is.
To people like that I look them right in the eye and say in a very forceful tone:
"You're so God d*mn stupid you don't even know you're stupid!"
Then I turn my back on them and leave immediately.

I have a cousin who works every day but makes very little money. Her first year of Obamacare she paid like $2 per mnth but had a high deductible and it did her no good. I guess she got a raise or made more money or something because now her premiums are $94 per mnth and it still does her no good because of the high deductible.
Yeah, she’s mad. She looks at it as she is paying $94 per mnth for nothing, which essentially she is, and she really can’t afford it.
She uses a free clinic and has for years to get the meds she needs for high blood pressure and diabetes.
ObamaCare, like the IRS, will eventually become a tool to punish political critics of the leftist juggernaut.

They need the Congressional Executive branch of the Judicial President to rewrite the law again for the 83rd time.
This is a great opening for the Congressional GOPe to start banging the drum for repeal but of course their spines were checked at the door.

My catastrophic policy was far better and I wish I still had it.

Um... wasn’t this thing ruled a TAX? Since when does the President make tax policy??? Why are we even entertaining this idea?
