I agree. Moore won that debate hands down.
Should a state follow an unconstitutional order from the Supreme Court?
No. It would be following an illegal order.
Our constitution gives the federal government no jurisdiction over marriage. There is no hint of same-sex marriage in over 225 years under this constitution in our nation’s history.
And they’re going to “find” it there in the last few years when Obama ran against it just 6 years ago???
I read the Coumo said “our rights do not come from God, but from the government”. Amazing people vote for and listen to this lightweight. Chief Justice Moore I salute you for showing these nimrods what they are, Godless people with no moral compass who are leading this nation straight to hell.

What vile comments against Judge Moore on that YT. They can insult all they want but one day we conservatives and those who believe in God will have the last laugh. For that day shall come when God’s wrath shall fall upon them.
.
Agreed!
For later. I have recently heard Moore for short discussion. Guy knows his stuff.

Excellent, God Bless Roy Moore
God have mercy......
This is a MUST WATCH.....although you might want to put your fist through the screen after listening to Cuomo ....
Our nation teeters on the brink ...IMO....and yet, by God’s grace, we still have some Warrior Statesmen in our land who fight for us.
God Bless and protect Judge Moore.

How C.J. Moore should have handled the Dred Scott and the Plessy v. Ferguson exchange:
Chief Justice Roy Moore- Would you have supported the Dred Scott decision and the Plessy v. Ferguson?
Chris Cuomo- I am not a Supreme Court Justice. I don’t make that call.
Chief Justice Roy Moore-Exactly! So don’t sit there and tell me what I should do in this case. Once SCOTUS renders a decision I will do what I am required to do.
Considering Scott v. Sanford did not say that states could not grant citizenship to blacks then what would Cuomo, or any other governor, be enforcing? Not granting U.S. citizenship? And Plessy v. Ferguson was also not a case where the federal government was forcing a state to do something, or enforce a federal mandate. So overall I think Moore picked the wrong examples. And what Cuomo should have come back with was asking if Judge Moore himself would enforce the Loving v. Virginia decision if he had been on the Virginia Supreme Court at the time.
Rule by judicial fiat.
“We the People” means nothing to the courts.
I will NEVER accede to this barbarous notion of homosexual tyranny.
GOD BLESS ROY MOORE!
Judge Moore is on the right side of the marriage argument. The problem with having a debate with a liberal is establishing an agreeable baseline from which to argue. If a person can’t agree that our unalienable rights come from God and not government (men), that the U.S. Constitution is not a “living document”, that there’s such a thing as states rights and that the U.S. Supreme Court cannot make laws simply by rendering decisions then no rational discussion regarding marriage, abortion, etc. can occur with that individual.
Judge Moore is nobody’s fool. He spoke at our church one Sunday night and the man is just great, spot on. He is devoted to his Savior and LORD Jesus Christ. God will have many rewards for Judge Moore for leading his life in the name of God. We loved having him speak to us. It was not a political speech either. He spoke for over an hour on Jesus Christ and what it meant to his life.
God bless Justice Roy Moore.
IMO, he needs to stick to a strong constitution-based argument for rejecting the federal court decision. Chris Cuomo was trying to get Moore to argue on the basis of personal morals. But federal authority is not based on personal morals. The Constitution is the ONLY basis of federal authority. Getting muddled on that point is how the Leftist Fabian Socialists have eroded our constitutional free republic.
Moore has a constitutional right to reject federal court decisions that are found, in good-faith, to be unconstitutional. The feds have no constitutional authority in the area of marriage and therefore have no legitimate right to interfere with Alabamas marriage and anti-gay marriage laws. That is his argument.
Its time for the states to stand up to these lawless thugs.
Plessy v. Ferguson was not overturned by subsequent decisions.
God bless and keep Justice Moore from the evil of the hateful left wing monsters in America, all those who hate the God of Israel and His Christ, marriage only between a man and a woman, and our Constitutional liberties given to us from God and His servents, our Christian forefathers.
America’s worst enemies are the liberal left wing secularist politicians and their rino allies, next is Islamic terrorists.
God save America and Israel from the American progessive communists and their rino allies and from Islamic terrorists, I pray in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.
