Gallup CEO Jim Clifton told CNBC he might suddenly disappear for telling the truth about the Obama unemployment rate. The real Obama unemployment rate has never recovered and is still above 10%.
Years of unending news stories on U.S. government programs of surveillance, rendition and torture have apparently chilled the speech of even top business executives in the United States.
Yesterday, Jim Clifton, the Chairman and CEO of Gallup, an iconic U.S. company dating back to 1935, told CNBC that he was worried he might suddenly disappear and not make it home that evening if he disputed the accuracy of what the U.S. government is reporting as unemployed Americans.
The CNBC interview came one day after Clifton had penned a gutsy opinion piece on Gallups web site, defiantly calling the governments 5.6 percent unemployment figure The Big Lie in the articles headline. His appearance on CNBC was apparently to walk back the lie part of the title and reframe the jobs data as just hopelessly deceptive.
Clifton stated the following on CNBC:
I think that the number that comes out of BLS [Bureau of Labor Statistics] and the Department of Labor is very, very accurate. I need to make that very, very clear so that I dont suddenly disappear. I need to make it home tonight.
After getting that out of the way, Clifton went on to eviscerate the legitimacy of the cheerful spin given to the unemployment data, telling CNBC viewers that the percent of full time jobs in this country as a percent of the adult population is the worst its been in 30 years.
I doubt he will disappear. With Obama in control, a fatal car crash or sudden “heart attack” is a more likely scenario.
Not sure, but I think that is what he means
Before or after the IRS attack?
torture?
IRS attack for sure. But unfortunately, I think mainly just his elimination
Take that seriously. The left will stop at nothing to achieve their goals.
Knowledgeable people have known about Obama’s unemployment lie for years.

Only idiots would believe the lower numbers the media keeps feeding us. Sadly, we have plenty of idiots.
Women might choose to be housewives and exit the workforce to have and raise children, but the vast majority of men in that age range would desire full time employment if they could get it.
You end up with the bucket of pus we now slog through daily, as we take care not to offend the liars, muggers and homosexuals. America, we hardly know ya...
Sometimes I feel like “Freepers” will mysteriously disappear in the near future...
Hasn’t that happened before too?
Turn about is fair play. Now is the time to prepare for preemptive self-defense against the regime, particularly against THOSE WHO WILL GIVE THE ORDERS for that kind of attack. Learn (locally) who they are, where they live and work, their travel and recreation habits. When it hits the fan they must have "accidents" or simply disappear!
Nope!
The mistake he’s making is walking back anything he said. It IS the big lie.
This is how this govt has ruled for a long time. Its not just Obama.
IRS will now audit this guy back to the fetus....
