Viewers of the Grammy Awards Sunday night will see a video featuring President Obama, according to White House officials, in which he urges Americans to take responsibility for stopping sexual violence, saying, "Its not okay and it has to stop."
The public service announcement represents the latest installment in the White House's ongoing "It's On Us," campaign, which aims to end sexual assaults on college campuses. The administration began the effort in September, with the support of major college sports leagues and prominent celebrities.

If anything, I suspect many “rapes” are encounters between affirmative action and/or foreign males and American females; both groups often have a primitive view of female “rights”.
When I was in college 20+ years ago, Muslim friends from various countries bemoaned the fact that American women wouldn’t give them the time of day. They said in their countries you had to find a “troubled girl” (a runaway, or some other disgraced person) to sow your wild oats; respectable families wouldn’t stand to have their daughters treated that way. They were unaccustomed to seeing woman practically dressed as streetwalkers, and were very frustrated.

The definition of rape has widened to where Jimma Carter’s lusting in his heart is now rape. In that Monica was unsatisfied with her encounter with Bubba, that is rape.
There has to be someone with the funds necessary to get all of Clinton’s victims together under oath and show it live on a webcast. Much like Cosby’s victims, they will tell much the same story. And there must be someone who went to school with Eileen Wellstone who will tell the story of Clinton being kicked out of England for the rape of Wellstone.
