Bobby Jindal on Friday released a statement responding to the presidents remarks on Thursday at the National Prayer Breakfast in which he cautioned Americans from getting on a high horse when taking a stance against radical Islam because people have committed terrible deeds in the name of Christianity, too.
It was nice of the President to give us a history lesson at the Prayer breakfast, Jindal said. Today, however, the issue right in front of his nose, in the here and now, is the terrorism of Radical Islam, the assassination of journalists, the beheading and burning alive of captives. We will be happy to keep an eye out for runaway Christians, but it would be nice if he would face the reality of the situation today.
The Medieval Christian threat is under control, Mr. President. Please deal with the Radical Islamic threat today.

Thank you!
It sure tells the story!
Point taken.
I’ll clean that up next time....
....Or so Obama claims.
Nice job by Jindal in throwing it back into the None’s teeth.
Excellent response Mr Jindal.
Bump
I don’t get the consternation about Obama at the Prayer breakfast folks for crying out loud,Hitler wrote Mein Kamf, nobody believed it except Winston Churchill,Obama wrote Audacity of Hope, turn to page 261,Obama writes”I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction”,so what the hell is the problem.
Wake the hell up people,he is convinced it’s not Muslims doing any of the grisly murders,he will never admit to that,he has told us on multiple occasions. So can we move on,all we can hope for is that someone with some brains in positions of power will try to somehow protect this country for the next two years, unfortunately our enemies will continue to strengthen and God help us when the armed insurgents strike.
Thanks for sharing.
Obama may not be an American American President, but he is still an American President.
Christianity didn’t need to grow up. It responded to an open and public threat from Islamic conquering armies.
It grew up via the reformation and counter reformation.
The crusades were the results of 3-4 centuries of Muslim aggressions against Christians.
