In the poll, released on Saturday night, [Sott] Walker was the first choice of 15 percent of respondents in the poll, up from 4 percent when the poll was conducted in October. Walker bested Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, who was at 14 percent. Mitt Romney was in third at 13 percent; the poll was taken from Monday to Thursday, before he announced his withdrawal from the race. Ex-Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee was in fourth with ten percent of voters' support. ...Jeb Bush, who is viewed as the GOP's establishment choice, was only preferred by eight percent of voters. The results held even more bad news for Bush....

I have agreed with Rush on this. Walker has the blueprint and the fight in him. Wish he had the deep pockets of his competitors.

You predict right.

Only the well connected who meet guidelines get the nomination. Reagan was elected when most of the country was still sane, most of which at least spoke the language. This is not the same country as back then. Everything changed, new people, new generations, most of which were taught in liberal academia bastions and were inundated with it and on and on.

They put Obama in the White House. How crazy is that?

TBS, I find another Bush running again to be the perfect example of corrupt insider political cronyism, gone wild.

I can’t wait to vote for Hillary if Bush is nominated. Only the destruction of the GOP as we see it to be will bring change.

FUJB

What if we just put "FUJB" at the end of ALL our comments on EVERY website we frequent? Would it, could it, possibly shape the nation's opinions?

They will. The RINO kingmakers will empty their coffers to make it so if we don’t stop them.

Bush winning would be a perfect example of corrupt insider political cronyism, gone wild/ Bush running is just a footnote as long as he loses. We get to choose who to vote for, who to give money to, who to make calls for. If conservatives decide that they have no influence, then they will have no influence. It may be a battle against GOPe money, but ultimately votes decide it.

Hmmmm. “President Walker”. Kind of nice-sounding to me. Kind of guy who does what he says, eh?

Walker and his ilk support “immigration Reform”.

That’s AMNESTY for you Rush fans in Rio Linda...and no different than comrade obamatollah’s amnesty plan.

Walker also supports homo marriage...just like Rush.

The President would prefer Fauxcahontas as his mini-me. But Hillary will more than suffice, and he thanks little Anton for his courageous vote in support of Progress! Every vote helps!

After 15 years of Rush, either ears-on or reading the transcript, I’m done. He just set Walker as pres. Knowing full well that the full-court press was on between Koch and the GOP-e.

He just put ALL the nails in Ted Cruz’ tires.

Rush has done it before. I stopped listening two Presidential elections ago.

I have agreed with Rush on this. Walker has the blueprint and the fight in him.

The nomination should go the the most conservative candidate who can win!

Walker has a track record of kicking the Democrat Party below the belt and getting away with it. In a blue state.

I stopped listening in ‘06 when Rove convinced Rush we’d keep the house. Now I just listen to him and FNC to see what the LIVers are hearing.

I hope he loses Mark Steyn over this. I guess Belling (WI) will be his permanent sub.

When Rush has a homo play at his wedding, that’s when I stopped taking him seriously. He always talks about his establishment golfing buddies slamming true conservatives...but it’s really Rush speaking thru his buddies. He’s a phony banana...

Cruz is the ONLY conservative who rejects amnesty by all of its brand names.

I predict Jeb will NOT be the nominee. The "do not want" factor is too high.

One thing to win by default, as Mitt did in 2012...the second choice left standing after everyone's first choice folded. Jeb would be considered an occupying force, as I suspect he would be no one's second choice. There is nothing compelling about his candidacy.
