Transparency: The administration is said to be hiding for reasons of damage control a report on the soldier we traded five Taliban leaders for. Bowe Bergdahl's lawyers have already been given a charge sheet for desertion.
Both Fox News and now NBC News have reported that Sgt. Bergdahl will be charged with desertion. "I have been told and confirmed by two other sources that his attorney has been given what we call a charge sheet," retired Army Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer, a respected military analyst, told Fox's Bill O'Reilly on Monday. NBC's Jim Miklaszewski quoted senior defense officials on Tuesday as saying charges could be referred within a week.
"A charge sheet is the results of investigation listing out the articles of the Uniform Code of Military Justice that have been violated," Shaffer e xplained. "The key violation is desertion."

They (Obama) are pulling a Hillary eh!
If the Army backs down to Obama’s pressure and doesn’t report Bergdahl’s obvious desertion, it is attacking the integrity of the military men and women who have done their duty honorably. That would be a disgrace to the nation.
The Obama strategy appears to be to dribble out the facts on the Bergdahl situation so slowly that low information voters get bored with the story.
I wouldn’t put it past this White House to lock that report up wherever they are hiding Obummer’s college records.
Wouldn’t look too good if Obuttboy traded five Taliban high value assets for a traitor. Not to worry. The NYT and WaPo will ignore this.
I dont know what will happen, but if the Admin. wants it to blow away as easily as possible. It will be released late Friday of SuperBowl weekend.

Where they are hiding not only his college records but also his birth records. For the latter the trace would have to go back to SE Asia and a Muslim, communist, cult leader named Muhammed Subuh for sperm and then onto Kenya for birth. Mama Stanley Ann loved the SE Asia but had to legitimize the birth by way of Africa.

I believe they have already backed down. Desertion seems to come nowhere near what this man did.
It would have looked better if Amb. Stevens had been traded for the 5 Taliban..........but that plan got botched!!....so ol Bowe the traitor had to do!...time was of the essence!..the deal had been struck
